Claims (6)
- Justiervorrichtung für Druckplatten auf dem Plattenzylinder von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschinen, mit einer insbesondere abschnittsweise unterteilten Spannschiene (3), deren die Druckplatte aufnehmender Bereich nahezu in Umfangsrichtung des Plattenzylinders (1) bewegbar angeordnet ist, und der Spannschiene die Zugkraft für die Druckplatte aufbringende Federelemente zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Spannschiene (3) bzw. den Spannschienenabschnitten wenigstens ein zylinderfest abgestütztes, verschwenkbar gelagertes, durch die Kraft einer Feder (20) in einer Position ohne Kontakt zur Spannschiene (3) gehaltenes Stellelement (12) zugeordnet ist, welches entgegen der Kraft der Feder (20) zum Verringern der durch die Federelemente auf die Druckplatte (6) ausgeübten Zugkräfte in Kontakt mit der Spannschiene (3) bringbar ist. - Justiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei Unterteilung der Spannschiene (3) in mehrere Spannschienensabschnitte jedem Abschnitt ein Stellelement (12) zugeordnet ist. - Justiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das oder die Stellelemente (12) um eine parallel zur Achse des Plattenzylinders (1) verlaufende Achse verschwenkbar gelagert sind. - Justiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das oder die Stellelemente (12) auf einer Welle (8) einer der Spannschiene (3) bzw. den Spannschienenabschnitten zugeordneten Betätigungseinrichtung (7) gelagert sind. - Justiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stellelement (12) aus einem schwenkbar bezüglich dem Plattenzylinder (1) gelagerten Gelenkteil (14) mit einem darin axial beweglich geführten Gewindebolzen (15) besteht, auf dessen Gewindeschaft eine gegen axiale Bewegung gesicherte Mutter (16) aufgedreht ist und das aus dem Gelenkteil (14) herausragende Ende des Gewindebolzens (15) mit einem Teil der Spannschiene (3) bzw. einem Teil des Spannschienenabschnittes zusammenwirkt. - Justiervorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Spannschiene (3) bzw. Spannschienenabschnitte jeweils an der dem Druckende (DE) abgewandten Seite Einsenkungen (18) aufweisen, welche mit den verschwenkbaren Enden der jeweiligen Stellelemente (12) zusammenwirken.
