Claims (9)

  1. Outil de scellement pouvant être actionné au moyen de gaz à haute pression, avec un guide-piston (7), avec un piston-poussoir (21) déplaçable axialement dans le guide-piston (7) et comportant une tige (8) et une partie de tête (9), ainsi qu'avec un élément de rappel entourant la tige (8) et disposé entre une butée (17) du guide-piston (7) orientée à l'opposé de la direction de scellement et la face frontale (18), côté direction de scellement, de la partie de tête (9), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rappel est formé par une pièce moulée expansée (11) présentant une structure alvéolaire fermée.
  2. Outil de scellement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pièce moulée (11) est formée d'élastomère polyuréthanne.
  3. Outil de scellement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre des alvéoles individuels de la structure alvéolaire de la pièce moulée (11) est au plus de 0,5 mm.
  4. Outil de scellement selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce moulée (11) comporte au moins une rainure moulée périphérique (12).
  5. Outil de scellement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la rainure moulée est disposée dans un plan s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal de la pièce moulée (11), et en ce que la section transversale de la rainure moulée (12) s'étendant dans un plan passant par l'axe longitudinal de la pièce moulée (11) est sensiblement en forme de V.
  6. Outil de scellement selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un disque d'appui (14, 15) est disposé contre au moins une face frontale de la pièce moulée (11).
  7. Outil de scellement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce moulée (11) et le disque d'appui (14, 15) s'emboítent mutuellement par complémentarité de formes.
  8. Outil de scellement selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le disque d'appui (14, 15) est formé de caoutchouc.
  9. Outil de scellement selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre extérieur dans la position initiale de la pièce moulée (11) correspond à 0,65 à 0,98 fois le diamètre intérieur du guide-piston (7).
