Claims (13)
- Ausrüstung für eine Stichsäge mit Gehäuse, Antrieb und Pendelkopf zum Sägen oder Schneiden von Faser- und Schaumkunststoffplatten, Kork und anderen relativ weichen Materialien, sowie mehrschichtigen Platten mit einer entsprechenden Schicht, insbesondere Isolationsplatten und -matten, wobei die Ausrüstung wenigstens aus einem Sägeblatt und einem mit dem Sägeblatt zusammenwirkenden, an einem Schlitten oder Wagen befestigten oder befestigbaren Schwert besteht, das Sägeblatt einen Kopf zum Befestigen am Pendelkopf der Stichsäge und das Schwert eine Endenführung zum seitlichen Führen des untersten Teils des Sägeblatts aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert (15,15') wenigstens so lang ist, dass das unterste Ende (39) des Schwerts (15,15') soweit hinabreicht wie das unterste Ende des Sägeblattes in seiner untersten Stellung und/oder wenigstens eine weitere Sägeblattführung (19,19',19") am Schwert angeordnet ist, um das Sägeblatt (23,23') beim Schneiden eines Schnittgutes innerhalb des Schnittgutes seitlich zu führen.
- Ausrüstung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Gleitkörper (21,21',21") beidseitig am unteren Ende des Schwerts (15,15') angeordnet ist, so dass das untere Ende des Schwerts (15,15') durch eine unterhalb eines Schneidgutes angeordneten Führungsschiene (95,95') am Gleitkörper (21) oder an den Gleitkörpern (21',21") führbar ist.
- Ausrüstung nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endenführung (74,74') des Sägeblattes (23') durch den oder die Gleitkörper (21',21") gebildet ist.
- Ausrüstung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert (15,15'), die Endenführung (74,74') und/oder der wenigstens eine Gleitkörper (21,21',21") unter den Bewegungsbereich des Sägeblattes (23,23') hinabreicht und sich über die Vorderkante (33) des Schwerts (15,15') in Richtung Vorderkante des Sägeblattes (23,23') erstreckt, um das Sägeblatt (23,23') vor Schlägen von unten zu schützen.
- Ausrüstung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, die wenigstens eine weitere Sägeblattführung (19,19') auf das Schwert aufsteckbar ist.
- Ausrüstung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Sägeblatt führung (19',19") sich nach vorne verjüngend ausgebildet ist.
- Ausrüstung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen gegenüber dem Sägeblatt (23') und dem Schwert (15') stufenlos verschwenkbaren Schlitten (73) oder Wagen, um Gehrungsschnitte ausführen zu können.
- Ausrüstung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oberste Sägeblattführung (19"') über dem Schneidbereich des Sägeblattes (23,23') am Schwert (15'), am Schlitten (13) oder Wagen oder am Grundteil (67) angeordnet ist.
- Ausrüstung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwert (15') aus einem rechtwinklig abgekanteten Blech gefertigt ist, wobei der senkrecht zum Sägeblatt (23') ausgerichtete Teil (69) an einem Schlitten (13,73), Wagen oder Grundteil (67) angeordnet ist.
- Ausrüstung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch eine das Schwert (15,15') und einen Schlitten (13,73) oder Wagen führende Führungseinrichtung (66).
- Ausrüstung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung (66) eine Schlittenführung (87) und eine dazu verschwenkbare Schwertführung (89) aufweist, wobei die Schwertführung (89) mit dem gegenüber dem Schlitten (73) verschwenkbaren Schwert (15') gekoppelt ist, um mit diesem um den gleichen Winkel verschwenkt zu werden.
- Ausrüstung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (71) des Schwerts (15') und die Schwenkachse (91) der Schwertführung (89) in der gleichen Höhe und im gleichen Abstand zu der Führungskante (94') des Schlittens (73) resp. zu der Führungskante (94) der Führungsleiste (92) angeordnet sind, um im Betrieb auf der gleichen Linie zu liegen.
