Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einbanddecke für Ordner, Mappen od.dgl., mit einer Tasche zur Aufnahme eines Beschriftungsschildes, wobei die Tasche ein Blatt aus transparenter Kunststoffolie aufweist, das mit einer insbesondere U-förmig über seinen Umfang verlaufenden Klebenaht an der Einbanddecke befestigt ist.
Ordner mit derartigen Einbanddecken werden mit einem in die Tasche eingeschobenen, unbeschrifteten Schild vertrieben, das zur Beschriftung entnommen werden muß. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Tasche häufig mit einer Griffausnehmung zum leichteren Ergreifen des Beschriftungsschildes versehen. Dennoch ist auf Grund der beengten Platzverhältnisse das Entnehmen des Schildes zum Zwecke der Beschriftung umständlich und hat oft ein Einknicken oder Einreißen des Schildes am Rand zur Folge.
Anderseits sind Halter für Beschriftungsschilder bekannt, bei denen der zu beschriftende Teil des Schildes ständig freiliegt, so daß das Schild während des Transportes, der Lagerhaltung und des Vertriebes freiliegt und der Gefahr von Verunreinigungen unterliegt.
Die Erfindung setzt sich daher zum Ziel, eine Einbanddecke für Ordner, Mappen od.dgl. mit einer Tasche zur Aufnahme eines Beschriftungsschildes zu schaffen, bei welcher das Beschriftungsschild vor der Verwendung gegenüber Verunreinigungen geschützt ist und anderseits zum Zwecke der Beschriftung auf einfache Weise zugänglich ist. Dieses Ziel wird bei einer Einbanddecke der einleitend genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß das Blatt mit einer Schwächungslinie versehen ist, welche innerhalb der Klebenaht und in einem Abstand zu dieser verläuft.
Auf diese Weise kann der im Inneren der Schwächungslinie liegende Bereich des Blattes herausgetrennt werden, so daß das Schild beschriftet werden kann, ohne daß es aus der Klarsichttasche entnommen werden müßte. Der verbleibende Bereich zwischen Schwächungslinie und Klebenaht am Umfang des Blattes, welcher den Rand des Beschriftungsschildes übergreift, reicht aus, um dieses sicher festzuhalten. Anderseits ist vor der ersten Verwendung das Beschriftungsschild durch die Kunststoffolie vor Verunreinigungen geschützt.
Bevorzugt verläuft bei einer Einbanddecke mit einer U-förmigen Klebenaht auch die Schwächungslinie von der offenen Seite der Tasche ausgehend U-förmig innerhalb der Klebenaht, was das Ergreifen des herauszutrennenden Bereiches des Blattes erleichtert.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend an Hand eines in der beigeschlossenen Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine Einbanddecke in der Schrägansicht, die mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Tasche zur Aufnahme eines Beschriftungsschildes ausgestattet ist.
Die Einbanddecke 1 für einen Ordner, eine Mappe od.dgl. ist auf ihrem Rücken mit einem Griffloch 2 und einer Tasche 3 zur Aufnahme eines Beschriftungsschildes 4 ausgestattet. Die Tasche 3 ist aus einem einzigen Blatt 5 aus transparenter Kunststoffolie gebildet, welches mit einer im wesentlichen U-förmig über seinen Umfang verlaufenden Klebenaht 6 an der Einbanddecke 1 befestigt ist. Der Ausdruck "Klebenaht" steht hier stellvertretend für jede Art von Klebstoff-, Schweiß- oder Prägeverbindung einer Kunststoffolie mit einer Einbanddecke, die in der Technik bekannt ist.
Am unteren Rand weist das Blatt 5 eine Griffausnehmung 7 auf, um das Herausschieben des Beschriftungsschildes 4 aus der Klarsichttasche 3 zu erleichtern, wenn die nachfolgend beschriebene Zugangsmöglichkeit zum Beschriftungsschild nicht in Anspruch genommen werden soll.
Zum Zwecke eines einfachen Zuganges zum eingeschobenen Beschriftungsschild 4 ist das Blatt 5 mit einer Schwächungslinie 8 versehen, welche von der oberen Seite der Tasche 3 ausgehend U-förmig innerhalb der Klebenaht 6 und in einem Abstand zu dieser verläuft. Die Schwächungslinie 8 kann durch Perforieren, Prägen, Ritzen, Rollen oder auf jede andere Art ausgebildet werden, die in der Technik bekannt ist. Der Abstand zwischen der Klebenaht 6 und der Schwächungslinie 8 liegt bevorzugt im Bereich von Millimetern und beträgt bei dem dargestellten Beispiel im vertikalen Bereich etwa 5 mm.
Zum Beschriften des Schildes 4 wird der innerhalb der Schwächungslinie 8 liegende Bereich des Blattes 5 herausgetrennt, indem das Blatt 5 am oberen, offenen Ende der Tasche ergriffen und von der Einbanddecke 1 unter Auftrennung der Schwächungslinie 8 abgezogen wird.
Die Form des Blattes 5, der Klebenaht 6 und der Schwächungslinie 8 variiert je nach Form und Größe des aufzunehmenden Beschriftungsschildes 4. Es ist auch möglich, daß die Klebenaht 6 und die schwächungslinie 8 über den gesamten Umfang des Blattes 5 verlaufen, so daß das Schild 4 vor dem Heraustrennen des inneren Bereiches des Blattes 5 vollständig unter dem Blatt 5 eingesiegelt und geschützt ist. Ferner ist es möglich, die Tasche 3 mit einer Rückwand auszustatten, die unter dem Blatt 5 zu liegen kommt.

Claims (2)

  1. Einbanddecke (1) für Ordner, Mappen od.dgl., mit einer Tasche (3) zur Aufnahme eines Beschriftungsschildes (4), wobei die Tasche (3) ein Blatt (5) aus transparenter Kunststoffolie aufweist, das mit einer insbesondere U-förmig über seinen Umfang verlaufenden Klebenaht (6) an der Einbanddecke befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blatt (5) mit einer Schwächungslinie (8) versehen ist, welche innerhalb der Klebenaht (6) und in einem Abstand zu dieser verläuft.
  2. Einbanddecke nach Anspruch 1, mit einer U-förmigen Klebenaht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwächungslinie (8) von der offenen Seite der Tasche (3) ausgehend U-förmig innerhalb der Klebenaht (6) verläuft.
