Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer mehrschichtigen Lackierung auf über beweglich gelagerte Klappen, Türen oder dergleichen zugänglichen Innenwandflächen und auf ungehindert zugänglichen Außenwandflächen eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere zum Lackieren einer Fahrzeugkarosserie mit mindestens einer Basisschicht sowie mit mindestens einer farbigen Deckschicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei noch geöffneten Klappen, Türen oder dergleichen zumindest auf die Innenwandflächen (2,3,4,5,6,7) unmittelbar nach dem Aufbringen der Basisschicht die farbige Deckschicht aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragen der Beschichtungen (Basisschicht, farbige Deckschicht) auf die Innenwandflächen (2-7) "naß in naß" erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufbringen der ersten farbigen Deckschicht auf die Außenwandfläche (8) zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die Außenwandfläche (8) in einem Arbeitsgang mit dem Beschichten der Innenwandflächen (2-7) mit der ersten farbigen Deckschicht versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Lackierung von Fahrzeugkarosserien (1) auf die Innenwandflächen (2,3,4,5,6,7) eine erste farbige Deckschicht "naß in naß" auf eine zuvor aufgebrachte Steinschlagfüller-Beschichtung aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwandflächen ein Motorraum (2), eine Motorhauben-Innenseite (3), ein Kofferraum (4), eine Kofferraumdeckel-Innenseite (5), Tür-Randflächen (6) und Türrahmen (7) sind.
