Description
The invention relates to a method for producing a Multi-layer paint on hinged flaps, doors or the like accessible inner wall surfaces and on unhindered accessible outer wall surfaces of an object, in particular for Painting a vehicle body with at least one base layer as well as with at least one colored cover layer. Precautions are required for this procedure Avoid pollution of the object during the Painting hit.
Contamination of objects to be painted during the run from the blank to the completion of a multi-stage painting process still the main cause of costly paint rework. In larger industrial plants, for example when painting Vehicle bodies, place them between and within each Stations long distances back and are corresponding there Exposed to environmental influences. Dust particles, fibers, e.g. B. of clothing, grinding dust or gaseous media on the Surfaces that adhere there very firmly via electrostatic charge and are difficult to remove. The result is the subsequent paint application dirt and fiber inclusions or Wetting disorders, particularly with high-quality and high-priced products such as motor vehicles too unacceptable Results in painting. For the reasons mentioned above, therefore Precautions to avoid contamination before painting or between the individual painting stages. Common methods of doing this are the housing of conveyor lines through partially ventilated tunnels as well as the use of clean room technology.
Eine gemäß Stand der Technik (DE 196 30 290 A1, DE 196 30 289 A1) praktizierte Prozeßfolge beim Lackieren von Fahrzeugkarosserien ist folgende: One according to the prior art (DE 196 30 290 A1, DE 196 30 289 A1) is practiced process sequence when painting vehicle bodies the following:
To be able to meet the requirements for elasticity and protection applied a number of layers in a multi-stage process. These are a zinc phosphate layer, a cataphoresis primer and an elastic stone chip filler as base layers and the color of the Top coat determining vehicle body (plain, metallic or effect paint), which is generally followed by a clear coat, both here generally as top layers designated.
Effective corrosion protection must of course not end with the painting. In further processing steps, the seams are sealed, the Preserved underbody and cavities sealed with hot wax.
When the body in white comes into the paint shop, its surface is included a wafer-thin oil film and remnants of drawing grease, which before pressing (Deep drawing) is sprayed onto the sheets, covered. The bodies have to therefore first degreased in a spray and full immersion zone. In The cleaned car bodies are given a phosphating bath Zinc phosphate coating. It serves as additional corrosion protection and Adhesion promoter for the subsequent primer. The zinc phosphate layer is rinsed and compacted in a passivation zone.
This is followed by a cataphoretic primer for the bodies. This takes place in the immersion process. By a between body and diving tank applied DC voltage (approx. 300 volts) are the in Water-soluble paint particles are attracted to the sheet and remain adhere evenly to inaccessible places. In one the primer is baked in after the oven (approx. 180 ° C).
After stoving the primer and then sealing it the seams are coated with plastic on the underbody and wheel arches, thus the mechanical resistance and long-term protection of the sub-floor is raised. These materials are in a dryer pre-gelled, the final drying takes place in the further processing steps.
An elastic primer is then applied to protect against stone chips with the so-called stone chip filler. This will also follow Then apply baked in a drying oven (at approx. 150 ° C). This makes the paint layers more resistant to mechanical influences and chipping of the top coat largely avoided.
A top coat in the color desired by the customer follows. During the painting process, the paint particles are removed by an electrostatic Field of high voltage spray heads to the grounded Body transported. In addition, all bodies are given a clear coat.
The finished painted bodies are then subjected to a wax flood process subjected. The cavities become hot at approx. 120 ° Preserved wax. With this further increase in corrosion protection the painting process is finished.
When painting the top coat in the interior as described above (esp. Engine compartment, trunk) of the vehicle and the door edges (Entrances) and door frames using spray guns are opened by opening Bonnet, doors and tailgate, what is necessary for accessibility is, particles of dirt whirled up on the outer surface of the Vehicle. In addition, particles are loosened from hinges, which also produce dirt on the outer surface of the body.
The invention is therefore based on the object, the generic To improve painting processes so that just the the latter pollution problems can be prevented.
This is achieved according to the invention if the Claim 1 specified procedure is applied.
Zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche.Appropriate developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The main idea of the invention is therefore to be seen in the fact that when it is still open Flaps, doors or the like (due to the previous order a last base layer) the inner wall surfaces with the first cover layer be provided so that (preferably after drying this the cover layer representing the final treatment) the flaps, doors or the like can be closed as far as possible. A coating with clear lacquer for optical and anti-corrosion reasons the inner wall surfaces are not required. For the further application of the first cover layer and possibly further cover layers on the outer wall surface the flaps and doors then no longer have to be opened.
In a preferred development of the invention as claimed in
In particular when painting vehicle bodies, it can be seen how

The representation of the prior art according to Fig. 1 a self-explanatory, with the cleaning step in the filler cabin Applying primer and underbody protection is upstream while drying in the top coat booth still a cavity preservation is connected downstream.
Deviating from this, the invention shown in FIG. 1b Procedure already in the filler cabin after the order of the Stone chip filler inside and outside preferably "wet on wet" applied to the top coat in the inner wall regions shown in FIG. 2. In the subsequent topcoat booth, it is then only necessary to To provide the outer wall (outer surface of the body) with a top coat.
The processes shown in FIG. 1b apply when using solvents Paints. However, if water-soluble paints are used, it is recommended that between the top coat application - outside - and the clear coat application to provide an intermediate drying stage. The basis of the invention however, the underlying idea remains unaffected. Your use at Water-based paints should therefore be viewed in the same way.

Depending on the technical conditions of the plant, it could offer itself and prove to be advantageous, the outer body surface 8 at the same time (in one work step) with the inner wall surfaces 2 - 7 with the first colored To provide top layer.
