Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Bilden eines auf einem Tisch (7) in Transportrichtung (8) weiterzutransportierenden Stapels (6) von gestapelten Gegenständen, wie z. B. gestapelten Zeitungen, Zeitschriften oder dergleichen, wobei der Stapel (6) zu einer weiteren anderen Arbeitsstation, beispielsweise während des Weitertransports von einem Kreuzausleger (5) zu einem Schrumpftunnel, weitertransportiert wird und wobei eine Verblockungseinrichtung für den Stapel (6) vorgesehen ist, die zumindest je eine, in Transportrichtung (8) beiderseits neben dem Stapel (6) angeordnete Aufladungselektrode (11a, 11b; 12a, 12b) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Verblockungseinrichtung eine gesonderte Aufladeeinrichtung (20) zum elektrostatischen Aufladen jedes Gegenstandes aufweist, bevor er auf den Stopel gelangt. - Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei Aufladungselektroden (11a, 11b; 12a, 12b) der Verblockungseinrichtung gleiche Polarität aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tisch als Transporttisch (7) ausgebildet sowie an Masse gelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verblockungseinrichtung über dem Stapel (6) zumindest eine weitere Aufladungselektrode (13) mit zu den Aufladungselektroden (11a, 11b; 12a, 12b) entgegengesetzter Polarität aufweist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest eine weitere Aufladungselektrode (13) positive Polarität aufweist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufladungselektroden (11a, 11b; 12a, 12b) und die zumindest eine weitere Aufladungselektrode (13) im wesentlichen quer zur Transportrichtung (8) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aus zumindest zwei der Aufladungselektroden (11a, 11b; 12a, 12b) und der zumindest einen weiteren Aufladungselektrode (13) gebildete Aufladerahmen in Form eines kopfstehenden "U" mittels Füßchen aufstellbar ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Füßchen als Magnetfüßchen ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verblockungseinrichtung mehrere Aufladerahmen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mehreren Aufladerahmen der Verblockungseinrichtung in ihrer Höhe und/oder in ihrer Breite verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufladeeinrichtung (20) zumindest einen Förderer (21) als endlos umlaufendes Förderband (22) aufweist, auf dessen Obertrum (23) die Gegenstände zuförderbar sind, und daß die abgabeseitige Umlenkung des Förderbandes (22) über dem Tisch (7) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Obertrum (23) des Förderbandes (22) eine quer zu dessen Transportrichtung sich erstreckende zweite weitere Aufladungselektrode (24) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Förderer (21) ein weiteres endlos umlaufendes Förderband (25) eines weiteren Förderers (26) zugeordnet ist, dessen Untertrum dem Obertrum (23) des Förderers (21) zugeordnet ist und mit gleicher Geschwindigkeit umläuft.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Obertrum des weiteren Förderers (26) eine Entladungselektrode (27) zugeordnet ist.
