Claims (2)
- Procédé pour stabiliser la température d'une pompe à engrenages lubrifiée par la matière à transporter et comprenant au moins une pièce de boítier (G) avec au moins deux paliers lisses (L), dans lesquels des arbres (W) lubrifiés par la matière à transporter sont logés, ledit procédé comprenant le réglage de la température d'une matière (M) dans un agrégat à tempérer (TA) à une valeur prédéterminée, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir de l'agrégat à tempérer (TA) ladite matière (M) passe tout d'abord à travers les arbres (W) et/ou les paliers lisses (L) et ensuite à travers ladite au moins une pièce de boítier (G) en vue de la stabilisation de la température.
- Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, cette installation comprenant une pompe à engrenages avec au moins une pièce de boítier (G), au moins deux arbres (W) et au moins deux paliers lisses (L), caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une pièce de boítier (G), les arbres (W) et/ou les paliers lisses (L) présentent des systèmes de conduits pour l'échange de chaleur, qu'un agrégat à tempérer (TA) est prévu qui peut être connecté au moyen d'au moins un système de conduits d'alimentation (ZA) avec lesdits systèmes de conduits, et en ce que ledit système de conduits à travers ladite au moins une pièce de boítier (G) et le système de conduits à travers les arbres (W) et/ou les paliers lisses (L) sont connectés en série au système de conduits d'alimentation (ZS).
