Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif pour le travail du carton ondulé (1) comprenant

  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de guidage (8, 16) est conçu sous forme d'un profilé creux, en particulier sous forme d'un arbre creux.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un orifice perpendiculaire (31) est prévu dans l'arbre creux.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le distributeur de produit de lubrification (23) est prévu comprenant un réservoir de produit de lubrification (24).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que le distributeur de produit de lubrification (23) présente une pompe (25) et au moins une canalisation de produit de lubrification (26).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications de 2 à 5 caractérisé en ce qu'un passage tournant (29) est prévu dans au moins chaque roulement de l'arbre creux pour l'introduction de produit de lubrification dans au moins un arbre creux.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de commande (27) pour la manoeuvre du dispositif de lubrification (22) est prévue, au moyen de laquelle la lubrification des roulements peut être réalisée de manière automatisée.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de guidage (8 ; 8a) est conçu sous la forme d'un rail de guidage (8 ; 8a).

    i. au moins un support d'outils (9) logé, pouvant être déplacé le long d'un élément de guidage (8, 16 ; 8a, 16), perpendiculairement à une direction de transport (5) d'une bande de papier ondulé (2) et
    ii. un dispositif de lubrification (22) pouvant être piloté pour la lubrification automatique d'un roulement entre au moins un support d'outils (9) et au moins un élément de guidage (8, 16 ; 8a, 16),
    caractérisé par
    b. une lubrification automatique du roulement entre au moins un support d'outils (9) et au moins un élément de guidage (8, 16 ; 8a, 16) au moyen d'un dispositif de lubrification (22) pouvant être commandé.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le support d'outils (9) est déplacé pour la lubrification dans une position de lubrification (32) déterminée au niveau d'au moins un élément de guidage (8, 16 ; 8a, 16).
