Claims (4)

  1. Presse transfert comportant : des barres de transfert (1) pour transférer des pièces à traiter dans les postes de formage, des moyens de guidage sur les consoles pour les barres de transfert (1), composés d'éléments de support (3) et d'éléments de guidage (4, 6, 7), des moyens d'entraînement (9) pour mouvoir les barres de transfert (1) au moins en va-et-vient dans la direction du transfert et dans les sens de fermeture et d'ouverture (8) à la cadence du coulisseau, et un dispositif de réglage (14, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28) pour faire varier la largeur de départ entre les barres de transfert (1) par une variation longitudinale de la transmission du mouvement pour la fermeture et l'ouverture au moyen d'un mécanisme à vis et écrou actionné par un moteur (27, 27') grâce à des moyens de transmission, caractérisée en ce qu'une douille (16) est montée de manière rotative dans chacun des éléments de support (3), chacune de ces douilles (16) étant agencée pour former l'écrou d'un mécanisme à vis et écrou, en ce que chacune des vis (14) coopérant avec une douille (16) est raccordée à un élément coulissant (13) de manière à ne pas tourner, ledit élément coulissant (13) étant mobile sous l'effet des moyens d'entraînement (9) de la presse dans les sens de fermeture et d'ouverture (8), et en ce que chacune des douilles (16) est couplée, grâce à des moyens de transmission de rotation (21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 28), à au moins un moteur (27) commun à toutes les douilles (16) pour un réglage commun des barres de transfert (1), ou est couplée en permanence à au moins un moteur (27, 27') par barre de transfert (1) pour un réglage des barres (1) susceptible d'être effectué séparément.
  2. Presse transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacune des vis (14) est pourvue d'une rainure semblable à un filetage, en ce que des billes (17) sont engagées positivement entre la douille (16) et la vis (14), en ce qu'une extrémité de chaque douille est agencée en roue dentée (21) qui est engrenée sur un pignon (22) monté de manière rotative sur l'élément de support (3) correspondant, et en ce que chaque pignon (22) est monté, grâce à un alésage interne (20), de manière coulissante axialement mais liée en rotation, sur un arbre (23) profilé longitudinalement et entrainé par un servomoteur.
  3. Presse transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chacune des vis (14) est pourvue d'une rainure semblable à un filetage, en ce que des billes (1) sont engagées positivement entre l'élément de support (3) et la vis, en ce qu'une extrémité de chaque vis est agencée en roue dentée (21) qui est engrenée sur un pignon (22) monté de manière rotative sur l'élément de support (3) correspondant, et en ce que chaque pignon (22) est monté, grâce à un alésage interne (20), de manière coulissante axialement mais liée en rotation, sur un arbre (23) profilé longitudinalement et entrainé par un moteur.
  4. Presse transfert selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée par un premier système d'entraînement qui comporte un servomoteur (27), des arbres, des arbres articulés, des engrenages ou des moyens similaires de transmission de rotation (24, 26, 28) et qui relie mécaniquement tous les arbres profilés longitudinalement (23) correspondant à une première barre de transfert (1), et par un second système d'entraînement, sensiblement de même construction (24', 26', 27', 28'), qui relie mécaniquement tous les arbres profilés longitudinalement (23') correspondant à la seconde barre de transfert (1').
