Claims (3)
- Dispositif pour l'usinage de rails (2, 3), avec un cadre extérieur (7) pouvant être posé des deux côtés sur les rails, dans lequel un outil est maintenu de manière à pouvoir être avancé en direction des rails en vue de l'usinage, les mouvements d'avance étant transversaux à l'extension longitudinale des rails (2, 3) et comprennent un premier mouvement de translation dans la direction axiale de l'outil vers le champignon du rail, un deuxième mouvement de translation dans un plan horizontal transversal à la direction longitudinale du rail et un mouvement de rotation autour d'un axe (14) s'étendant parallèlement à la direction longitudinale du rail,dans lequel, pour représenter le deuxième mouvement de translation, un support (6) en forme de cadre est monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser dans le cadre extérieur (7) transversalement à la direction longitudinale du rail, pour représenter le mouvement de rotation, un chariot porte-outil (13) portant l'outil peut être déplacé le long de deux guides (8, 9) en forme d'arc de cercle, s'étendant dans des plans verticaux parallèles espacés l'un de l'autre et disposés sur le support (6), en provoquant ainsi un pivotement du chariot porte-outil (13) autour de l'axe (14), le chariot porte-outil (13) comprenant un entraînement pour la représentation du premier mouvement de translation, et le support (6) pouvant être déplacé dans le cadre (7) au moyen d'un entraînement (17) pour la représentation du deuxième mouvement de translation,caractérisé en ce,que les guides en forme d'arc de cercle (8, 9) présentent chacun un profil de denture disposé de manière fixe, qui est en prise avec une roue dentée pour représenter le mouvement de rotation, la roue dentée étant en liaison active avec un entraînement disposé sur le chariot porte-outil (13),et en ce qu'il est prévu une commande pour la coordination des mouvements d'avance, de sorte qu'un fonctionnement partiellement ou entièrement automatique est possible.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le profil de denture est formé par une chaîne à rouleaux (10, 11) disposée de manière fixe et la roue dentée par une roue à chaîne.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, pour fixer le chariot porte-outil (13) sous la charge de travail, il est prévu un dispositif de freinage (18) dont l'engagement peut être automatiquement relâché lors de l'amorce d'un mouvement de réglage.
