Claims (9)
- Rahmen eines in die Öffnung einer Arbeitsplatte einsetzbaren Bauteils aus Metallblech, insbesondere einer Spüle oder eines Kochfeldes, wobei der Randbereich des zur Oberfläche der Arbeitsplatte im wesentlichen parallelen Rahmenbleches nach unten und innen unter Bildung einer im Querschnitt bogenförmigen, umlaufenden Rahmenaußenkante umgeschlagen ist und der Rahmen mit dieser Außenkante auf die Arbeitsplatte auflegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bogen der Rahmenaußenkante (12) von der Auflage- und/oder der Außenseite des Rahmens (2) her flachgepreßt ist. - Rahmen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bogen zu wenigstens einer ebenen Fläche (15, 16) flachgepreßt ist. - Rahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Randbereich der Seitenkanten des Rahmenbleches nach unten und innen umgeschlagen ist, während für die dazwischenliegenden Ecken der Rahmen mit einer endständigen Stirnkante des Bleches auf die Arbeitsplatte auflegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stirnkante (18) mit in den Preßvorgang für den Bogen einbezogen ist. - Rahmen nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch den Preßvorgang gleichzeitig der Übergangsbereich zwischen Rahmenaußenkante (12) und Rahmenoberfläche (10) zu einer nach außen gewölbten Fläche geformt ist. - Rahmen nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch den Preßvorgang gleichzeitig der Übergangsabschnitt zwischen Rahmenaußenkante (12) und Rahmenoberfläche (10) zu einer schrägverlaufenden, im wesentlichen ebenen Fläche (11) geformt ist. - Rahmen nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schrägungswinkel des Übergangsabschnittes im Bereich von 15° bis 75° liegt. - Rahmen nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schrägungswinkel des Übergangsabschnittes (11) im Bereich von 45 ° Grad liegt. - Rahmen nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Rahmen (2) und Randbereich (14) innerhalb der Rahmenaußenkante (12) mit Abstand gegenüber der Oberflächenebene der Arbeitsplatte (20) angeordnet sind. - Rahmen nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich an die freien Enden der umgeschlagenen Randbereiche (14) wenigstens teilweise eine nach unten abgewinkelte, in die Öffnung (21) der Arbeitsplatte (20) ragende Verlängerung (13) zur Aufnahme von Mitteln zur Befestigung des Bauteils (1) an der Arbeitsplatte (20) anschließt.
