Claims (11)
- Befeuchtungseinrichtung für eine Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Steuereinrichtung, wobei die Maschine eine Trockenpartie mit einer Anzahl von Trockenzylindern und Leitwalzen aufweist, um die die Materialbahn mit einem Transportband mäanderförmig herumgeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (36) die Befeuchtungseinrichtung (33) zur Kühlung der Trockenzylinder (3,5,7,9) bei einem Abriß der Materialbahn (37) aktiviert.
- Befeuchtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (36) die von der Befeuchtungseinrichtung (33) ausgebrachte Flüssigkeitsmenge beeinflußt.
- Befeuchtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsmenge in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur der Trockenzylinder (3,5,7,9) gesteuert wird.
- Befeuchtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (36) so ausgelegt ist, daß die über die Breite der Trockengruppe (1) ausgebrachte Flüssigkeitsmenge variabel ist.
- Befeuchtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befeuchtungseinrichtung (33) wenigstens eine sich über die Breite der Trockengruppe (1) erstreckende Flüssigkeitsaustrageinrichtung umfaßt.
- Befeuchtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsaustrageinrichtung ein mit mindestens einer Düsenöffnung versehenes Rohr (35) aufweist.
- Befeuchtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsaustrageinrichtung dem Transportband (17) zugeordnet ist und dieses befeuchtet.
- Befeuchtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsaustrageinrichtung dem rücklaufenden Trum (31) des Transportbandes (17) zugeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zur Befeuchtung eines Transportbandes einer eine Trockenpartie mit mindestens einem Trockenzylinder umfassenden Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mittels einer Befeuchtungseinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befeuchtungseinrichtung (33) bei einem Bahnabriß aktiviert Wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der Befeuchtungseinrichtung (33) ausgebrachte Flüssigkeitsmenge -vorzugsweise in Abhängigkeit von der Temperatur des Trockenzylinderseinstellbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befeuchtungseinrichtung (33) so einstellbar ist, daß die über die Breite des Transportbandes (17) ausgebrachte Flüssigkeitsmenge steuerbar ist.
