Claims (11)
- Vollauszugsführung für Schubladen mit einer an der Innenseite (11) eines Korpus befestigbaren Korpusschiene (1h;1k), einer Mittelschiene (2h;2k) und einer an der Schublade (22) befestigbaren Ladenschiene(3h;3k), wobei jede dieser Schienen jeweils wenigstens eine in bezug auf diese Schiene ortsfest gelagerte Rolle aufweist und wobei an der Ladenschiene (3h;3k) und/oder an der Mittelschiene (2h;2k) wenigstens eine Rolle gelagert ist, die in direktem Eingriff mit der Korpusschiene (1h;1k) steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Korpusschiene (1h;1k) zugeordnete, ortsfeste Rolle eine reine Stützrolle (9h;9k) ist, die in direktem Eingriff zur Ladenschiene (3h;3k)steht und die - in eingebautem Zustand der Vollauszugsführung in bezug auf die Korpusfront (10) - im vorderen Bereich der Korpusschiene (1h;1k) gelagert ist.
- Vollauszugsführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Rolle (6h) an der Mittelschiene (2h) sowohl als die Bewegung der Schublade (22) unterstützende Laufrolle als auch als die Kippbewegung der Schublade (22) - im ausgezogenene Zustand - begrenzende Kipprolle ausgebildet ist und im hinteren Bereich, insbesondere am hinteren Ende, der Mittelschiene (2h) - in eingebautem Zustand in bezug auf die Korpusfront (10) - angeordnet ist.
- Vollauszugsführung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Ladenschiene (1h) Wenigstens eine - vorzugsweise aber wenigstens zwei - Rolle(n) (8h, 8h') gelagert ist (sind), die in einem von der Mittelschiene (2h) gebildeten Profil abrollbar ist (sind), wobei an der Mittelschiene (2h) insbesondere ein die Bewegung der Mittelschiene (2h) beschränkender Begrenzungsanschlag (20h) vorgesehen ist
- Vollauszugsführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine an der Ladenschiene (3k) gelagerte Rolle als Laufrolle (6k) und die wenigstens eine an der Mittelschiene (2k) gelagerte Rolle als Kipprolle (6k') in einem von der Korpusschiene (1k) gebildeten Profil abrollbar sind, wobei der Laufrolle (6k) eine untere Lauffläche (14k) und der Kipprolle (6k') eine obere Lauffläche (15k) an der Korpusschiene (1k) zugeordnet sind.
- Vollauszugsführung nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittelschiene (2k) in einem von der Ladenschiene (3k) gebildeten Profil gelagert und gleitend führbar ist
- Vollauszugsführung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Korpusschiene (1k) eine gegebenenfalls elastisch ausgebildete Nase (25) als Rückhalteeinrichtung für die Mittelschiene (2k) vorgesehen ist, wobei an der Mittelschiene (2k) ein Mitnehmer (26a) angeordnet ist zum Eingriff mit einem an der Ladenschiene angeordneten Mitnehmeranschlag (26b).
- Vollauszugsführung für Schubladen mit einer an der Innenseite (11) eines Korpus befestigbaren Korpusschiene (1), einer Mittelschiene (2) und einer an der Schublade (22) befestigbaren Ladenschiene(3), wobei jede dieser Schienen jeweils wenigstens eine in bezug auf diese Schiene ortsfest gelagerte Rolle aufweist, wobei an der Ladenschiene (3) eine in die Korpusschiene (1) eingreifende Lauf- und Kipprolle (6), an der Mittelschiene (2) eine die Ladenschiene (3) stützende und in diese eingreifende Stützrolle (9) und an der Korpusschiene (1) wenigstens eine in die Mittelschiene (2) eingreifende Rolle (8,8') vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Laufrollen (6g,6g') vorgesehen sind, die - vorzugsweise mit übereinander angeordneten, zueinander parallelen Achsen - an der Ladenschiene (3g) gelagert sind, wobei eine dieser beiden Rollen (6g) im wesentlichen als Laufrolle und die andere dieser beiden Rollen (6g') im wesentlichen als Kipprolle wirkt.
- Vollauszugsführung für Schubladen mit einer an der Innenseite (11) eines Korpus befestigbaren Korpusschiene (1), einer Mittelschiene (2) und einer an der Schublade (22) befestigbaren Ladenschiene(3), wobei jede dieser Schienen jeweils wenigstens eine in bezug auf diese Schiene ortsfest gelagerte Rolle aufweist, wobei an der Ladenschiene (3) eine in die Korpusschiene (1) eingreifende Lauf- und Kipprolle (6), an der Mittelschiene (2) eine die Ladenschiene (3) stützende und in diese eingreifende Stützrolle (9) und an der Korpusschiene (1) wenigstens eine in die Mittelschiene (2) eingreifende Rolle (8,8') vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Korpusschiene (1e;1f) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie - in eingebautem Zustand - wenigstens zwei im wesentlichen vertikal übereinander angeordnete, voneinander getrennte Laufbereiche aufweist, wobei ein Laufbereich zur Aufnahme der Mittelschiene (2e;2f) und ein zweiter Laufbereich zur Aufnahme der Lauf-und Kipprolle (6e;6f) vorgesehen ist.
- Vollauszugsführung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Rollen, insbesondere die Laufrolle (6e), eine an ihrer Umfangsfläche angeordnete Umfangsnut (23) aufweist, in die ein an der mit dieser Rolle in Eingriff stehenden, als Lauf- oder Rollfläche bzw. Laufrille ausgebildeten Fläche (14e) einer der Schienen - insbesondere an der Korpusschiene (1e) - vorgesehener Führungsvorsprung (24) eingreift, die seitliche Führung dieser Rolle bewirkend.
- Vollauszugsführung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine an der Mittelschiene (2i) - insbesondere lose - gelagerte Steuerrolle (25) vorgesehen ist, die - wenigstens bei eingeschobener Schublade - mit ihrer Rollfläche mit jeweils einer an Ladenschiene (3i) und Korpusschiene (1i) vorgesehenen Fläche in Berührung steht, solcherart bei Auszug der Schublade die Steuerung der Bewegung der Mittelschiene (2i), wenigstens in der ersten Bewegungsphase, bewirkend.
- Verwendung einer Vollauszugsführung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche als Unterbodenführungsbeschlag oder als Beschlag für Zargenschubladen.
