Description
Claims (7)
- Klappbehälter aus Kunststoff mit nach innen klappbaren Seitenwänden (1, 2), die in aufgerichteter Stellung relativ zueinander durch Verrastung fixierbar sind, wobei zuerst zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände (2) zwischen dem weiteren Paar noch stehender Seitenwände und dann dieses weitere Paar gegenüberliegender Seitenwände nach innen auf den Behälterboden geklappt werden, gekennzeichnet durch für die Verrastung mit einfachem Fingerdruck zu lösende Rastelemente (6) auf den zuerst nach innen klappbaren Seitenwänden (2), die in Raststellung entsprechende Rastvorsprünge (11) von den weiteren Seitenwänden (1) hintergreifen und derart angeordnet bzw. ausgebildet sind, daß mit Lösen der Rastelemente (6) durch Fingerdruck die zuerst nach innen klappbaren Seitenwände (2) zugleich nach innen geklappt werden.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente (6) im oberen Bereich und an den Seitenrändern der zuerst nach innen klappbaren Seitenwände (2) vorgesehen sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastelemente (6) jeweils einen Druckhebel (5) aufweisen, der derarig gelenkig an der entsprechenden Seitenwand (2) gelagert ist, daß durch Druck auf den Hebel (5) das Rastelement (6) vom entsprechenden Rastvorsprung (11) weggerückt bzw. weggeschwenkt wird und die Seitenwand eingeklappt wird.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckhebel (5) langgestreckt ausgebildet und einseitig bezüglich des Gelenks (8) des Druckhebels angeordnet ist und sich der Rastteil (10) des Rastelements (6) auf der anderen Seite bezüglich des Gelenks (8) befindet.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Rastteil (10) des Rastelements (6) in Raststellung bezogen auf das Innere des Behälters außerhalb des Rastvorsprungs (11) befindet.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckhebel (5) und das Rastteil (10) des Rastelements (6) bezüglich des vorzugsweise an der Innenfläche der Seitenwand (2) angeordneten Gelenks (8) nach außen versetzt, insbesondere an einem vom Gelenk (8) nach außen vorstehenden Steg (9) angeordnet sind.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckhebel bezüglich der Innenfläche der Seitenwand um ca. 10 - 15 mm nach außen versetzt ist.
