Claims (6)
- Wärmetauscher, insbesondere Wasserkühler (1) für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit zwei auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten angeordneten, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff bestehenden Sammelkästen (14) mit Längs-und Stirnwänden (12, 13) oder mit nur einem Sammelkasten (14) sowie mit Rohrboden (20), dessen Vielzahl von Öffnungen je ein Rohr (16) aufnehmen, durch die ein Medium strömt, mit einem Eintritt (18) und einem Austritt (19), sowie mit mindestens einer Trennwand (3) im Sammelkasten (14), die einen Teil des Mediums zur nochmaligen Durchströmung des Wärmetauschers (1) zwingt, um dasselbe weiter abzukühlen, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine Einströmöffnung (2) in der Trennwand (3) und eine an diese anschließende Leitung (4), die zu einer Ablaßöffnung (5) und einer Abströmöffnung (6) führt sowie mindestens eine weitere Öffnung (7) aufweist und durch einen in die Leitung (4) und in die Ablaßöffnung (5) einsetzbaren und die Einströmöffnung (2) oder die Abströmöffnung (6) verschließbaren Verschlußstopfen (8).
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (25) des Verschlußstopfens (8) verriegelbar ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (25) des Verschlußstopfens (8) eingeschraubt ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstopfen (8/1) im Bereich der Ablaßöffnung (5) bzw. des Kopfes (25) mittels Dichtnut (29) und O-Ring (30) abdichtet, anschließend durch die Leitung (4) mit einem wesentlich unter dem Leitungsdurchmesser (9) liegenden Durchmesser (10) des Stopfenträgers (34) weitergeführt ist und am Ende einen Stopfen (11) zur Abdichtung der Eintrittsöffnung (2) trägt.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstopfen (8/2) innerhalb der Leitung (4) mit einem wesentlich unter dem Leitungsdurchmesser (9) liegenden Durchmesser (10) des Stopfenträgers (34) nur bis unterhalb der Öffnung (7) und oberhalb der Abströmöffnung (6) geführt ist und an dieser Stelle einen Stopfen (11) aufweist, der eine Dichtnut (29) mit einem O-Ring (30) zur Abdichtung der Leitung (4) besitzt.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Ablaßöffnung (5) vorzugsweise in einer Stirnwand (12), die Abströmöffnung (6) in einer Längswand (13) des Sammelkastens (14) des Wärmetauschers (1) angeordnet sind und die Öffnung (7) im Mantel der Leitung (4) zu den im Rohrboden (20) befindlichen Enden der Flachrohre (16) weist.
