Description
- la lame est constituée par une pièce, comportant des zones de montage d'un axe de rotation à mi-longueur et au milieu de son épaisseur, la lame présentant, d'une part, sur l'une de ses faces, un évidement rectangulaire d'épaisseur correspondant sensiblement à la moitié de l'épaisseur de la lame, s'étendant le long d'un bord de celle-ci entre les deux zones de montage de l'axe, sur une longueur légèrement inférieure à la moitié du périmètre et, d'autre part, sur son autre face, un évidement symétrique du premier par rapport à l'axe de rotation de la lame, et ménagé sur l'autre moitié du périmètre, et
- le tunnel présente une ouverture de dimensions correspondant respectivement à celles de la lame augmentées des jeux fonctionnels, et comporte deux nervures rectangulaires symétriques l'une de l'autre par rapport à l'axe de rotation de la lame, et s'étendant chacune sur sensiblement la moitié de l'épaisseur du tunnel qui est elle-même sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur de la lame, la distance entre les extrémités en regard des deux nervures du tunnel étant sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur de la lame,
Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'obturation d'un conduit de ventilation, du type comprenant un tunnel destiné à être fixé en regard de l'ouverture à obturer, et dans lequel est montée pivotante une lame, autour d'un axe disposé à mi-longueur de l'ouverture, de telle sorte qu'en position ouverte, la lame est perpendiculaire au plan de l'ouverture, dans lequel :la lame (4) est constituée par une pièce, comportant des zones de montage d'un axe de rotation à mi-longueur et au milieu de son épaisseur, la lame présentant, d'une part, sur l'une de ses faces, un évidement rectangulaire (6) d'épaisseur correspondant sensiblement à la moitié de l'épaisseur de la lame, s'étendant le long d'un bord de celle-ci entre les deux zones de montage de l'axe, sur une longueur légèrement inférieure à la moitié du périmètre et, d'autre part, sur son autre face, un évidement (8) symétrique du premier par rapport à l'axe de rotation de la lame, et ménagé sur l'autre moitié du périmètre, etle tunnel (2) présente une ouverture (5) de dimensions correspondant respectivement à celles de la lame (4) augmentées des jeux fonctionnels, et comporte deux nervures rectangulaires (9, 10) symétriques l'une de l'autre par rapport à l'axe de rotation (7) de la lame, et s'étendant chacune sur sensiblement la moitié de l'épaisseur du tunnel qui est elle-même sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur de la lame, la distance entre les extrémités en regard des deux nervures (9, 10) du tunnel étant sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur de la lame,
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tunnel (2) comporte, dans ses zones comprises entre les extrémités des nervures (9, 10), deux évidements coaxiaux (14), débouchant en vis-à-vis, formant paliers pour l'axe de rotation de la lame.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que dans l'épaisseur de la lame (4) sont ménagés deux trous coaxiaux (15a, 15b), débouchant dans deux parois opposées de l'épaisseur de la lame, destinés chacun à recevoir une broche (16a, 16b) formant une partie de l'axe (7) de rotation, de longueur inférieure à celle du trou, deux lumières (17) étant ménagées dans une face latérale de la lame (4), qui communiquent avec les deux trous (15a, 15b) pour permettre, à l'aide d'un outil, de faire coulisser axialement les broches (16a, 16b) dans les trous pour les faire passer d'une position escamotée dans les trous à une position engagée dans les évidements (14) du tunnel ou inversement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des joints d'étanchéité.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste, partant de deux plaques de matériau réfractaire de dimensions extérieures correspondant à celles du tunnel et d'épaisseur correspondant à la moitié de celle de la lame, à réaliser une découpe (13) des deux pièces dans toute leur épaisseur pour former deux demi-lames et deux demi-tunnels, la découpe comportant deux zones successives (13a, 13b) de largeurs différentes, puis à assembler tête-bêche les deux demi-tunnels et les deux demi-lames pour obtenir respectivement le tunnel et la lame.
