- les segments de lisse pivotants sont articulés à des poteaux (page 5, ligne 31 à page 6, ligne 8, et dessin figures 2 et 4).
- ou bien l'extrémité du segment pivotant dépasse sur la voie de circulation (figure 2 du document ci-dessus),
- ou bien il faut concevoir une structure lourde due à un très important porte-à-faux des supports de pivots, rendu nécessaire pour allonger le bras de pivotement (figure 4 du document cité).

Claims (13)
- Barrière de sécurité destinée à être disposée le long de voies de circulation de véhicules, du type comprenant une partie fixe et une partie mobile permettant de ménager un passage temporaire pour des véhicules, la partie fixe étant formée de lisses parallèles au sol assujetties à des supports fixes comprenant chacun d'une part un poteau vertical fiché dans le sol et d'autre part des pièces de raccordement des lisses au poteau, tandis que la partie mobile est formée d'au moins un vantail constitué par un segment de lisse mobile articulé selon un axe vertical, caractérisée en ce qu'un segment de lisse mobile déplaçable (10-11, 16-17) est relié directement à un segment de lisse fixe non déplaçable (2b-2c) par un pivot vertical (20-30-211-212-213) situé en arrière des segments de lisse et à l'écart de tout support fixe (1-3), la distance qui sépare les pivots (211-212-213) du segment de lisse fixe (2b-2c) et du segment de lisse mobile (10-11, 16-17) est telle que le segment mobile (10-11, 16-17) est susceptible d'être placé derrière le segment fixe (2b-2c) voisin, après un pivotement angulaire supérieur à 90°, et d'environ 180°, sensiblement contre la face de ce segment fixe (2b-2c) qui est opposée à la voie de circulation des véhicules, en position d'ouverture desdits segments mobiles (10-11, 16-17), les poteaux (1, 12-13) auxquels les segments de lisse (2, 10-11, 16-17) sont assujettis étant tous d'égale résistance.
- Barrière de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'articulation entre deux segments est constituée par des chapes (207-209 et 208-210, 307-309 et 308-310) qui sont montées mobiles autour d'un pivot vertical (211-311) et qui sont solidaires des segments fixes et mobiles articulés entre eux (2b et 10, 11 et 2c).
- Barrière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le pivot (20-30) est situé à une certaine distance (L1-L2) en deçà d'un bord vertical d'extrémité (2e-10b) d'un segment de lisse (2c-10), afin que les segments de lisse (2c-10) articulés entre eux présentent un prolongement (10a-2f) de leur extrémité aval devant recouvrir une partie amont du segment de lisse aval, par référence au sens de circulation (F) normal des véhicules sur la voie le long de laquelle la barrière est disposée.
- Barrière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'un au moins (20) des pivots (20-30) est écarté du support (1-3) le plus proche selon un distance suffisante pour que le bord vertical (10a-11a) d'un segment mobile (10, 16) situé le plus près du pivot correspondant (20) soit situé au-delà de la face des lisses (2) tournée vers la voie de circulation des véhicules, quand le segment mobile (10, 16) est en position d'ouverture
- Barrière de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les segments de lisse mobiles (10-11, 16-17) sont assujettis à des poteaux effaçables (12-3, 13-3) par des pièces de raccordement (3) au moyen d'organes de fixation amovibles.
- Barrière de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie mobile est formée d'un seul vantail.
- Barrière de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie mobile est formée d'au moins deux vantaux (10 et 11, 16 et 17), et l'un (11) de ces vantaux situé en amont d'un autre (10) possède un prolongement aval (11b) qui doit recouvrir une partie amont dudit autre vantail aval (10).
- Barrière de sécurité selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'un au moins des vantaux est composé d'au moins deux éléments mobiles dont l'un dit « de base » est articulé à la partie fixe et l'autre, ou chacun des autres, est articulé au segment mobile précédent selon des axes verticaux, afin que ledit ou lesdits éléments mobiles puissent être repliés contre l'élément mobile de base et ce dernier contre la face, du segment fixe auquel il est articulé qui est opposée à la voie de circulation des véhicules, en position d'ouverture de la partie mobile.
- Barrière de sécurité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'un au moins des vantaux (16-17) repose, au voisinage de son extrémité opposée à celle qui est reliée au pivot (20-30), sur une chape supportant un axe horizontal pour au moins une roulette (18-19) qui, de préférence, est au contact d'un chemin de roulement lisse (A-B), en arc de cercle centré sur l'axe vertical du pivot (20-30).
- Barrière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que certaines des pièces de raccordement (3) des lisses (2, 10-11, 16-17) aux poteaux (1, 12-13) sont renforcées.
- Barrière de sécurité selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que les pièces de raccordement (3) des lisses (2) de la partie fixe sont renforcées
- Barrière de sécurité selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce qu'un raidisseur (4) est intercalé entre au moins un segment de lisse fixe (2) et une pièce de raccordement (3).
- Barrière de sécurité selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que les supports (1-3) de la partie fixe (1-2-3) sont plus proches les uns des autres au voisinage de la partie mobile (10-11, 16-17) qu'aux autres endroits de la barrière.
