Claims (8)
- Kaltstartvorrichtung bei einem Dieselmotor, insbesondere einem Einzylinder-Dieselmotor mit Direkteinspritzung, bei welcher dem Schmiermittelkreislauf entnommenes, aus dem Kipphebelraum aufgefangenes Spritzöl in einem oberhalb des Ansaugkanals (33) angeordneten Ölgefäß (28) gesammelt und daraus über eine Verbindungsleitung dem Ansaugkanal (33) zugeführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vorrichtung zum Dosieren und Fördern einer bestimmten Ölmenge aus dem Ölgefäß (28) vorgesehen ist und daß die Verbindungsleitung eine Steigbohrung (30) und eine Zuführbohrung (32) aufweist und die Ölmenge erst über die Steigbohrung (30) angehoben wird, bevor sie durch Schwerkraft über die Zuführbohrung (32) in den Ansaugkanal (33) gelangt. - Kaltstartvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ölgefäß (28) zumindest teilweise im Zylinderkopf angeordnet ist und eine einseitig offene Pumpenbohrung (12) zur Aufnahme eines Pumpenkolbens (14) umfaßt, der gegenüber der Pumpenbohrung (12) mittels einer Ringdichtung (13) abgedichtet ist. - Kaltstartvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pumpenkolben (14) vollständig aus der Pumpenbohrung (12) ausziehbar ist, so daß das Spritzöl aus dem Ölgefäß (28) in die Pumpenbohrung (12) einströmen kann, um von dort bei gegenläufiger Bewegung des Pumpenkolbens (14) in einer dem Pumpenhub entsprechend dosierten Menge durch die Verbindungsleitung in den Ansaugkanal (33) gefördert zu werden. - Kaltstartvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
wobei die Verbindungsleitung durch eine bodennahe Wandöffnung (29) der Pumpenbohrung (12), die über die Steigbohrung (30) mit einer Zuführbohrung in den Ansaugkanal (33) verbunden ist, gebildet ist. - Kaltstartvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pumpenkolben (14) mittels eines von außen zugänglichen Betätigungsknopfs (16), der am Ende einer Kolbenverlängerung (15) angeordnet ist, handbetätigbar ist. - Kaltstartvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenverlängerung (15) in einer Führungsbohrung (18) im Zylinderkopfdeckel (2) geführt und mittels einer Ringdichtung (19) gegenüber dieser abgedichtet ist. - Kaltstartvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenverlängerung (15) mit radialen Vorsprüngen (20) versehen ist, welche zusammen mit gehäuseseitigen Anschlägen (21) den maximalen Hub des Pumpenkolbens (14) begrenzen. - Kaltstartvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ölgefäß (28) oberhalb der Pumpenbohrung (12) einen gegenüber dieser trichterförmig erweiterten Sammelraum (10) umfaßt, der über der Pumpenbohrung (12) zum Kipphebelraum (4) hin mit einem niedrigen Randsteg (27) endet und daß eine Spritzwand (26) des Zylinderkopfdeckels (2) oberhalb des Sammelraums (10) und innerhalb des Randstegs (27) angeordnet ist, von wo aus Spritzöl in den Sammelraum (10) geleitet wird.
