Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Auswalzen der Enden eines aufgewickelten Bandes (B) in einem Reversierwalzwerk (1,2) mit auf dessen beiden Seiten angeordneten Wickelhaspeln (3,4), mit folgenden Merkmalen:a) Am Anfang eines jeden Walzstiches wird der jeweilige Bandanfang (A) ohne einlaufseitigen Bandzug und ohne Walzkraft in den Walzspalt eingeführt.b) Nach Einführen des jeweiligen Bandanfangs (A) wird die Walzkraft allmählich erhöht.c) Am Ende eines jeden Walzstiches wird bei noch an der Abwickelhaspel (3) angeschlossenem Bandende der einlaufseitige Bandzug bis auf 0 reduziert, wobei das Bandende (E) zugfrei den Walzspalt vollständig durchläuft und dabei dickenreduziert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ein- und auslaufseitige Bandzug nach Anschluß des Bandanfangs (A) an der Aufwickelhaspel (4) allmählich bis auf einen maximalen Bandzug erhöht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die maximalen Bandzüge erst bei Erreichen von mindestens 1 bis 2 Windungen auf der Aufwickelhaspel (4) erreicht werden und bis auf 1 bis 2 Windungen auf der Abwickelhaspel (3) aufrechterhalten werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende eines jeden Walzstiches der einlaufseitige Bandzug auf 0 reduziert ist, wenn sich auf der Abwickelhaspel (3) weniger als 1 bis 2 Windungen befinden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende eines jeden Walzstiches für die Walzkraft ein maximaler Grenzwert vorgegeben wird. - Reversierwalzwerk (1,2) mit auf seinen beiden Seiten angeordneten Wickelhaspeln (3,4) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit einer Steuereinrichtung, der Stellglieder an den Wickelhaspeln (3,4) für den Bandzug und am Walzwerk (1,2) für die Walzkraft zugeordnet sind, wobei die Steuereinrichtung die Stellglieder derart in Abhängigkeit von dem Ort des Bandanfangs (A) beziehungsweise Bandendes (E) ansteuert, daß am Anfang eines jeden Walzstiches der jeweilige Bandanfang (A) ohne einlaufseitigen Bandzug und ohne Walzkraft in den Walzspalt (S) eingeführt wird, daR nach Einführen des jeweiligen Bandanfangs die Walzkraft allmählich erhöht wird und daß am Ende eines jeden Walzstiches bei noch an der Abwickelhaspel (3) angeschlossenem Bandende (E) der einlaufseitige Bandzug bis auf 0 reduziert wird, wobei das Bandende (E) zugfrei den Walzspalt (S) vollständig durchläuft und dabei dickenreduziert wird.
