Claims (11)
- Kolbenventil zur Steuerung des Durchflusses einer elektrisch leitfähigen Flüssigkeit (8), wobeidas Kolbenventil einen Zylinder (5) aufweist, mit einem darin befindlichen Kolben (1) und Mitteln (10) zur Dichtung zwischen Zylinder (5) und Kolben (1), undMittel (5.1,1) zur elektrischen Isolierung seines Flüssigkeitseinlasses (12) von seinem Flüssigkeitsauslaß (9) vorhanden sind, so daß bei geschlossenem Ventil eine auf Erdpotential befindliche Flüssigkeit (8) von einer auf Hochspannungspotential befindlichen Flüssigkeit (8.1) potentialgetrennt ist,
- Kolbenventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (5) und die Verlängerung (11) aus einer Keramik oder einem Glas bestehen und die Steuerelektrode (2) in die Verlängerung so eingeschmolzen ist, daß sie die innerhalb der Verlängerung (11) befindliche Flüssigkeit (8.1) kontaktiert.
- Kolbenventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlängerung (11) aus einem Metall besteht und die Steuerelektrode (2) an die Verlängerung (11) angeformt ist.
- Kolbenventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die metallische Verlängerung (11) mit dem elektrisch isolierenden Zylinder (5) verklebt oder verschmolzen ist.
- Kolbenventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung von Zylinder, Verlängerung und Elektrode (5, 11, 2) mit einem elektrischen Isolierstoff (3) umhüllt ist.
- Kolbenventil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung in ein Gehäuse (4) eingesetzt ist, das im Fall einer Verwendung eines flüssigen Isolierstoffs (3) flüssigkeitsdicht ausgeführt ist.
- Kolbenventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an die Verlängerung (11) mit der Steuerelektrode (2) eine weitere Verlängerung (11.1) anschließt, die aus demselben Material wie die Verlängerung (11) ist und an der eine erste zusätzliche, auf dem Potential der Flüssigkeit (8.1) am Auslaß (9) befindliche Steuerelektrode (6) angeordnet ist.
- Kolbenventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem, dem Flüssigkeitseinlaß (12) vorgeschalteten Einlaßbereich (13) eine zweite zusätzliche Steuerelektrode (7) angeordnet ist, die auf Erdpotential liegt.
- Kolbenventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen dem Kolben (1) und dem Zylinder (5) eine zusätzliche elektrisch isolierende Flüssigkeit (14) befindet.
- Kolbenventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektroden (2, 6, 7) aus einem Metall oder aus einem elektrisch leitfähigen Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
- Kolbenventil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Krümmungsradien an den Elektroden (2, 6, 7) drei Millimeter oder größer sind.
