Claims (8)

  1. Musikverfahren für herkömmliche Musikinstrumente mit Tastatur und angeschlagenen Seiten, wie Klaviere, die einen Satz von Saiten (107; 107') aufweisen, die jeweils von einem durch eine Taste (101) betätigten Hammer angeschlagen werden können und deren jede mit einem Dämpfer (106; 106') ausgerüstet ist, der in nicht beaufschlagter Stellung auf der Saite (107; 107') aufliegt und sie daran hindert, zu schwingen, und der in beaufschlagter Stellung von der Saite (107; 107') entfernt ist, wobei die Beaufschlagung der Dämpfer (106; 106')
    entweder allgemein unter der Wirkung einer Forte-Schiene (112; 112') stattfindet, die direkt auf eine Batterie von Haltern (104; 104') einwirkt, deren jeder einem der Dämpfer (106; 106') zugeordnet ist, oder unter der Wirkung einer Harmonie-Schiene (111; 111'), die direkt auf eine Batterie von Hemmungen (13; 13') einwirkt, deren jede einem der Dämpferhalter (104; 104') zugeordnet ist, wobei diese Schienen (111, 112; 111', 112') durch ein Kombinationspedal (1; 1') betätigt werden, das im halb gedrückten Zustand in der "Harmonie"-Stelllung ist und das in ganz gedrücktem Zustand in der "Forte"-Stellung ist,
    oder individuell unter der Wirkung eines Tastenteils (101), "distaler Teil" genannt, oder eines der Taste zugeordneten Löffels (103) stattfindet,
    wobei dieses Verfahren die Unterbrechung der Wirkung der Forte-Schiene (112; 112') hinsichtlich der Noten gestattet, die gerade gespielt werden, wobei gleichzeitig diese Wirkung hinsichtlich der Noten bestehen bleibt, die soeben gespielt wurden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es darin besteht, daß die Bewegung der Harmonie-Schiene (111; 111') mit der der Forte-Schiene (112; 112') so verbunden wird,
    daß, sobald das Kombinationspedal (1; 1') über die Harmonie-Stellung hinaus eingedrückt ist, alle Hemmungen (13; 13') gleichzeitig aus der Reichweite des distalen Tastenteils (101) oder des Löffels (103) entfernt sind und
    daß, wenn das Kombinationspedal (1; 1') bis in die Forte-Stellung eingedrückt wurde und dann leicht losgelassen wurde, alle Hemmungen (13; 13') mit der Harmonie-Schiene (111; 111') in Eingriff sind.
  2. Pedalmechanismus für herkömmliche Musikinstrumente mit Tastatur und angeschlagenen Saiten, wie Klaviere, die einen Satz von Saiten (107; 107') aufweisen, die jeweils von einem durch eine Taste (101) betätigten Hammer angeschlagen werden können und deren jede mit einem Dämpfer (106; 106') ausgerüstet ist, der in nicht beaufschlagter Stellung auf der Saite (107; 107') aufliegt und sie daran hindert, zu schwingen, und der in beaufschlagter Stellung von der Saite (107; 107') entfernt ist, wobei die Beaufschlagung der Dämpfer (106; 106')
    entweder allgemein unter der Wirkung einer Forte-Schiene (112; 112') stattfindet, die direkt auf eine Batterie von Haltern (104; 104') einwirkt, deren jeder einem der Dämpfer (106; 106') zugeordnet ist, oder unter der Wirkung einer Harmonie-Schiene (111; 111'), die direkt auf eine Batterie von Hemmungen (13; 13') einwirkt, deren jede einem der Dämpferhalter (104; 104') zugeordnet ist, wobei diese Schienen (111, 112; 111', 112') durch ein Kombinationspedal (1; 1') betätigt werden, das im halb gedrückten Zustand in der "Harmonie"-Stelllung ist und das in ganz gedrücktem Zustand in der "Forte"-Stellung ist,
    oder individuell unter der Wirkung eines Tastenteils (101), "distaler Teil" genannt, oder eines der Taste zugeordneten Löffels (103) stattfindet,
    wobei dieser Mechanismus die Unterbrechung der Wirkung der Forte-Schiene (112; 112') hinsichtlich der Noten gestattet, die gerade gespielt werden, wobei gleichzeitig diese Wirkung hinsichtlich der Noten bestehen bleibt, die soeben gespielt wurden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Harmonie-Schiene (111; 111') und die Forte-Schiene (112; 112') mit dem Kombinationspedal (1; 1') durch ein Stangensystem (19, 20, 5, 4; 19', 20', 5', 4') so verbunden ist,
    daß, sobald das Kombinationspedal (1; 1') über die Harmonie-Stellung hinaus eingedrückt ist, alle Hemmungen (13; 13') gleichzeitig aus der Reichweite des distalen Tastenteils (101) oder des Löffels (103) entfernt sind, und
    daß, wenn das Kombinationspedal (1; 1') bis in die Forte-Stellung eingedrückt wurde und dann leicht losgelassen wurde, alle Hemmungen (13; 13') mit der Harmonie-Schiene (111; 111') in Eingriff sind.
  3. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Harmonie-Schiene (111; 111') und die Forte-Schiene (112; 112') jeweils verschwenkbar montiert sind und durch die Bewegung eines der Enden, "distales" Ende genannt, eines Schwingarms (19, 20; 19', 20' gesteuert sind, dessen anderes Ende, "proximales" Ende genannt, unter der Einwirkung einer durch das Kombinationspedal (1; 1') betätigten Antriebsstange (4; 4') in eine Schwenkbewegung versetzt wird.
  4. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das proximale Ende jedes der Schwingarme (19, 20; 19', 20') durch die Schwenkbewegung ein und desselben Teils (5; 5'), "Joch" genannt, gesteuert wird, auf das die Antriebsstange (4; 4') einwirkt.
  5. Mechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Hemmungen (13) ein Teil ist, das frei schwenkbar montiert ist zwischen einer Stellung, in der es an dem zugeordneten Dämpferhalter (104) in Anschlag ist, und entweder einer Stellung des Gleichgewichts durch Schwerkraft oder einer Stellung, in der es auf einem interferierenden Teil (101, 111) aufliegt.
  6. Mechanismus nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das interferierende Teil (101, 111) der distale Teil der zugeordneten Taste (101) oder die Harmonie-Schiene (111) ist.
  7. Mechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Hemmungen (13') ein zwischen zwei Stellungen schwenkbar montiertes Teil ist, wobei elastische Mittel (42) bestrebt sind, die Hemmung (13') in einer dieser Stellungen zu halten oder in diese zurückzubringen.
  8. Mechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Hemmungen (13; 13') zwei Kontaktbereiche (14, 15; 14', 15') aufweist, deren einer (14; 14') mit dem distalen Tastenteil (101) oder mit dem Löffel (103) und deren anderer (15; 15') mit der Harmonie-Schiene (111; 111') in Kontakt kommen kann.
