Abstract

Pulpe polyamide aromatique contenant de l'eau, présentant une bonne dispersibilité dans l'eau, une bonne capacité à l'ouverture, ainsi qu'une excellente adhérence au caoutchouc et procurant une résistance mécanique élevée lorsqu'on l'utilise dans une feuille destinée à une garniture d'étanchéité. On peut obtenir cette pulpe en dispersant la pulpe polyamide aromatique dans une émulsion de résine époxy dans laquelle les groupes glycidyle de la résine époxy ont été partiellement hydrolysés afin de permettre à la résine de s'adsorber sur la pulpe polyamide aromatique, puis en dispersant le latex à base de résorcinol-formaldéhyde (RFL), permettant ainsi au RFL d'adhérer à la surface de la pulpe polyamide aromatique, et enfin en déshydratant la pulpe afin d'obtenir une pulpe polyamide aromatique possédant une teneur en eau de 30 à 95 % en poids.
