- the second axis of the blocker is mounted in cantilever on the first flange, and comprises first means for axial positioning of the trigger, and second means for fitting the second flange in position closed.
- the first means for positioning the trigger in space are formed by a stop arranged in the vicinity of the end of the second axis opposite the second flange.
- the second means for fitting the second flange are constituted by an annular rim projecting from the stop and arranged coaxially with the orifice of the second axis.
- the means of articulation of the second flange on the first axis are arranged to allow, when the second flange is closed, opposite movements of spacing and approximation with respect to the second axis.
- the movable trigger advantageously comprises control means for ensuring the locking of the trigger in the inactive unlocking position inhibiting the action of the blocker. The use of the device is then reduced to a single pulley without blocker.

- the second flange 28 is biased in abutment against a shoulder 30 of the first axis 14 by the action of an elastic seal 32 of toric shape, which is arranged in an annular groove 34 of the flange 28, and closed by an external washer 36 integral of the first axis 14.
- the seal 32 can of course be replaced by a simple wavy elastic washer.
- the shoulder 30 protrudes slightly from the front face of the pad 22 so as to generate an axial clearance between the flange 28 and the pad 22 so as not to hinder the rotational movement of the movable flange 28 relative to the roller 16.
- the flanges 12 , 28 and the roller 16 are made of aluminum, while the trigger 20 is made of steel.
- the wedging surface 26 comprises a plurality of retaining pins 38 intended to wedge the rope in the active position, and a central slot 40 to facilitate the evacuation of mud or ice from the rope.
- the roller 16 and the blocker 21 are both arranged in a transverse space 41 formed between the two flanges 12,28.
- the second axis 18 of the trigger 20 is tubular and is mounted in overhang on the first flange 12.

- the body of the locking trigger 20 is provided with a padlocking light 54 allowing the passage of a carabiner for locking the trigger 20 in the inactive position. After removal of the carabiner from the light 54, a return spring 55 biases the trigger 20 towards the active locking position, the spring being formed by a torsion spring inserted in a notch in the body of the trigger 20.
- the trigger 20 In the absence of a rope inside the space 41, the trigger 20 abuts on the roller 16. In the separated position, a rib of the trigger 20 abuts against a stopper stopper of the flange 28.

- the hole 52 of the second flange 28 serves as a bearing for the flange 48 of the second axis 18, which avoids a cantilevered operation of the trigger 20.

- the lever 60 comprises a first arm 60a situated between the axis 62 and the intermediate zone 60b folded at a right angle, and a second arm 60c serving as a gripping member.
- the first arm 60a is intended to cooperate with a bearing surface 64 provided at the upper part of the flanges 12, 28 to position the trigger 20 in an open position (FIG. 13), in which the wedging surface 28 does not enter in contact with the rope 56.
