Claims (10)

  1. Umlenkrolle mit:
    einem Paar Flanschen, und zwar einem ersten und einem zweiten (12, 28), die zwischen sich quer verlaufend einen Zwischenraum (41) begrenzen, in dem eine Rolle (16) angeordnet ist, die drehbar um einen ersten Bolzen (14) montiert ist,
    einer Rille (24), die zur Führung des Seils (56) in der Rolle (16) vorgesehen ist,
    Vorrichtungen zum Schwenken des zweiten Flansches (28) um den ersten Bolzen (14), wodurch der Flansch zwischen einer ersten, geschlossenen Position, bei der das Seil (56) in dem Zwischenraum (41) eingeschlossen ist, und einer offenen Position zum Einlegen des Seils in die Rolle (16) hin- und herbewegt werden kann,
    und einer in den Zwischenraum (41) integrierten Seilklemme (21), die einen beweglichen Schnapper (20) umfasst, der um einen zweiten Bolzen (18) zwischen einer aktiven Verriegelungsposition und einer inaktiven Freigabeposition des Seils (56) hin- und hergeschwenkt werden kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Bolzen (18) röhrenförmig ist, sich parallel zum ersten Bolzen (14) erstreckt und eine innere Öffnung (50) aufweist, die vorgesehen ist, auf eine passende Öffnung (52) des zweiten Flansches (28) gefluchtet zu werden, wenn dieser sich der geschlossenen Position annähert, sodass er das Einhängen eines Karabiners (58) durch das Gelenk des Schnappers (20) ermöglicht und gleichzeitig die Verriegelung des zweiten Flansches (28) in geschlossener Position bewirkt.
  2. Umlenkrolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Bolzen (18) der Seilklemme (21) überstehend an den ersten Flansch (12) montiert ist und erste Mittel zur axialen Positionierung des Schnappers (20) und zweite Mittel zum Aufstecken des zweiten Flansches (28) in geschlossener Position umfasst.
  3. Umlenkrolle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Mittel zur Positionierung des Schnappers (20) in dem Zwischenraum (41) von einem Anschlag (46) gebildet werden, der nahe dem Ende (44) des zweiten Bolzens (18) gegenüber dem zweiten Flansch (28) angeordnet ist.
  4. Umlenkrolle nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Mittel zum Aufstecken des zweiten Flansches (28) von einer ringförmigen Leiste (48) gebildet werden, die über den Anschlag (46) übersteht und koaxial zur Öffnung (50) des zweiten Bolzens (18) angeordnet ist.
  5. Umlenkrolle nach Anspruch 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtungen zum Schwenken des zweiten Flansches (28) um den ersten Bolzen (14) so vorgesehen sind, dass sie beim Schließen des zweiten Flansches (28) entgegengesetzte Bewegungen des Abspreizens und Annäherns bezogen auf den zweiten Bolzen (18) zulassen.
  6. Umlenkrolle nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den ersten Bolzen (14) eine Dichtung (32) in einer ringförmigen Rille (34) des zweiten Flansches (28) außerhalb des Zwischenraums (41) angeordnet ist, welche Dichtung (32) mit einer Scheibe (36) zusammenwirkt, um den zweiten Flansch (28) gegen einen Innenabsatz (30) des zweiten Bolzens (14) zu drücken und dabei dennoch dessen Schwenken in die Nähe der geschlossenen Position nach der Verformung der Dichtung (32) erlaubt.
  7. Umlenkrolle nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drehbare Rolle (16) an den ersten, festen Bolzen (14) unter Dazwischensetzung von Lagermitteln, insbesondere einer selbstschmierenden Hülse (22), oder Kugellagern montiert ist.
  8. Umlenkrolle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Schnapper (20) Steuerungsmittel für die Verriegelung des Schnappers (20) in der inaktiven, entriegelten Position umfasst, um ein Eingreifen der Seilklemme (21) zu verhindern.
  9. Umlenkrolle nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der schwenkbare Schnapper (20) mit einer Rückholfeder (55) zusammenwirkt, die die Seilklemme (21) nach Betätigung der Steuerungsmittel in Richtung auf die aktive Verriegelungsposition zieht.
  10. Umlenkrolle nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerungsmittel einen Betätigungshebel (60) umfassen, der um einen Bolzen (62) des Schnappers (20) geschwenkt wird und eine geknickte Form hat, um mit einer Auflagefläche (64) der Flansche (12, 28) zusammenzuwirken, wenn sich der Schnapper (20) in einer offenen Position befindet, in der die Klemmfläche (26) nicht mit dem Seil (56) in Berührung kommt.
