  • the median axis 26 is offset to the right of the figure relative to the median axis 27, while in another embodiment illustrated in FIG. 11, the median axis 26 of the light 21 is shifted to the left of the figure.
  • the side walls 22 are preferably joined in the bottom of the lumen 21 by a bottom wall 28 so that the cross section of the insert 20 has substantially the shape of "U".
