Description
Bezüglich der Drehzahlregelung einer Jaquardwebmaschine sind unter anderem die drei folgenden, prinzipiell unterschiedlichen Zustände zu berücksichtigen. Streben die Webmaschine und die Jacquardeinrichtung eine gegenläufige Bewegung an, was heisst, dass die eine Vorrichtung ein in Funktion des Drehwinkels zunehmendes Drehmoment und die andere Vorrichtung ein in Funktion des Drehwinkels abnehmendes Drehmoment erfordert, so bewirkt dieser Zustand ein hohes Drehmoment in der die Jacquardeinrichtung mit der Webmaschine mechanisch verbindende Kuppelungsvorrichtung, beispielsweise in einer Kardanwelle oder in einem Getriebe. In diesem Betriebszustand wirkt der Hilfsmotor derart auf die Jacquardeinrichtung, dass das Drehmoment in der Kuppelungsvorrichtung, z.B. der Kardanwelle reduziert wird. In einem zweiten Betriebszustand streben sowohl die Webmaschine als auch die Jacquardeinrichtung eine mitläufige Bewegung an, wobei beide Vorrichtungen ein in Funktion des Drehwinkels abnehmendes Drehmoment erfordern, was eine temporäre Erhöhung der Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Jacquardwebmaschine bewirkt. In diesem Betriebszustand wirkt der Hilfsmotor bremsend auf die Jacquardeinrichtung, was sich auf die Drehzahlschwankung stabilisierend auswirkt.
In einem dritten Betriebszustand streben beide Vorrichtungen eine mitläufige Bewegung an, wobei beide Vorrichtungen ein in Funktion des Drehwinkels zunehmendes Drehmoment erfordern, was eine temporäre Reduktion der Winkelgeschwindigkeit der Jacquardwebmaschine bewirkt. In diesem Betriebszustand wirkt der Hilfsmotor antreibend auf die Jacquardeinrichtung, was sich auf die Drehzahlschwankungen ebenfalls stabilisierend auswirkt.

- wenn sich das Drehmoment in Funktion des Drehwinkels sowohl der Webmaschine 1 als auch der Jacquardeinrichtung 2 gleichsinnig ändert, dies ein kleines Drehmoment in der Kardanwelle 5 zur Folge hat, sodass in diesem Fall die Drehzahl der Jacquardwebmaschine geregelt wird.
- wenn sich das Drehmoment in Funktion des Drehwinkels der Webmaschine 1 und der Jacquardeinrichtung 2 gegenläufig ändert, dies ein grosses Drehmoment in der Kardanwelle 5 zur Folge hat, sodass in diesem Fall das Drehmoment geregelt wird, indem der Hilfsmotor 8 ein derartiges Drehmoment auf die Jacquardeinrichtung 2 bewirkt, dass die Kardanwelle 5 entlastet wird, um die Kardanwelle 5 zum Beispiel vor einer Zerstörung zu schützen.

Claims (10)
- Jacquardwebmaschine (20) umfassend eine Webmaschine (1) sowie eine Jacquardeinrichtung (2), die beide über eine mechanische Transmissionsvorrichtung (4a,4b,5) miteinander gekoppelt und von einem gemeinsamen Motor (3) angetrieben sind, wobei eine zusätzliche, zumindest auf die Jacquardeinrichtung (2) wirkende Antriebsvorrichtung (8) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Sensor (7) zum Erfassen eines Drehwinkels und/oder ein Sensor (6) zum Erfassen eines zwischen der Webmaschine (1) und der Jacquardeinrichtung (2) anliegenden Drehmomentes angeordnet ist, und dass der Sensor (6,7) mit einer Regelvorrichtung (9) verbunden ist, welche die Antriebsvorrichtung (8) derart ansteuert, dass Drehmomentschwankungen und/oder Drehzahlschwankungen reduziert werden.
- Jacquardwebmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (6) zum Erfassen des Drehmomentes an der mechanischen Transmissionsvorrichtung (4a,4b,5) angeordnet ist.
- Jacquardwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sensor (7) zum Erfassen des Drehwinkels der Jacquardeinrichtung (2) angeordnet ist.
- Jacquardwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sensor (7) zum Erfassen des Drehwinkels der Webmaschine (1) und ein weiterer Sensor (7) zum Erfassen des Drehwinkels der Jacquardeinrichtung (2) angeordnet ist.
- Jacquardwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mechanische Transmissionsvorrichtung (4a,4b,5) als eine Welle (5) mit Getrieben (4a,4b) ausgestaltet ist.
- Jacquardwebmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Antriebsvorrichtung (8) ein Zwischenspeicher (8a) verbunden ist, um Energie der Antriebsvorrichtung (8) aufzunehmen und wieder an diese abzugeben.
- Verfahren zur Regelung einer Jacquardwebmaschine (20). umfassend eine Webmaschine (1) sowie eine Jacquardeinrichtung (2) die beide über eine mechanische Transmissionsvorrichtung (4a, 4b, 5) miteinander verbunden und von einem gemeinsamen Motor (3) angetrieben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit einer Regelvorrichtung (9) der Drehwinkel und/oder das zwischen der Webmaschine (1) und der Jacquareinrichtung (2) auftretende Drehmoment erfasst wird und mit Hilfe dieser Werte eine zumindest auf die Jacquardeinrichtung (2) einwirkende Antriebsvorrichtung (8) derart angesteuert wird, dass Drehmomentschwankungen und/oder Drehmomentspitzenwerte und/oder Drehzahlschwankungen reduziert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leistungsaufnahme der Antriebsvorrichtung (8) und/oder des gemeinsamen Motors (3) von der Regelvorrichtung (9) erfasst wird, und die Antriebsvorrichtung (8) derart angesteuert wird, dass die gesamte Leistungsaufnahme der beiden Antriebesvorrichtungen (3,8) minimiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (8) entweder eine Antriebswirkung erzeugend und/oder eine Bremswirkung erzeugend betrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Antriebsvorrichtung (8) und einem Zwischenspeicher (8a) Energie ausgetauscht wird.
