Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Ausschneiden von Zuschnitten aus flachen, unregelmäßigen Werkstücken (W), insbesondere Lederstücken, wobei die Umrißform (U), allfällige Fehlerstellen (F) und Werkstückkennzeichen der Werkstücke (W) optisch erfaßt und die entsprechenden Daten einem Rechner (10) zur Berechnung eines Schnittmusters (M) und eines davon abhängigen Steuerprogramms für eine Schneideinrichtung (5) eingegeben werden, bevor die einzelnen auf eine Arbeitsfläche (6) der Schneideinrichtung (5) aufgelegten Werkstücke (W) mit Hilfe der berechneten, den Werkstückkennzeichnungen zugeordneten Steuerprogramme geschnitten werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach einem Vergleich der optisch erfaßbaren Lage der Werkstücke (W) auf der Arbeitsfläche (6) der Schneideinrichtung (5) mit der zur jeweiligen Werkstückkennzeichnung abgespeicherten Werkstücklage das Steuerprogramm in Abhängigkeit von festgestellten Lageunterschieden umgerechnet wird und daß die rasterähnlich in eine Vielzahl von Saugzonen (602) unterteilte Arbeitsfläche (6) in Abhängigkeit vom jeweils umgerechneten Steuerprogramm nur im Bereich der optisch erfaßten Werkstücklage mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rechner (10) beim Erfassen eines bestimmten Werkstückkennzeichens eines auf die Arbeitsfläche (6) der Schneideinrichtung (5) aufgelegten Werkstückes (W) aus den abgespeicherten Umrißformen (U) die diesem Kennzeichen zugehörige Umrißform (U) heraussucht und zumindest teilweise anzeigt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch eine bestimmte Werkstückkennzeichnung eine Klassifizierung des Werkstückes (W) vorgenommen wird und der Rechner (10) für dieses Werkstück (W) ein Schnittmuster (M) nach einem die jeweilige Klassifizierung berücksichtigenden Rechenprogramm erstellt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Klassifizierung berücksichtigende Rechenprogramm in Abhängigkeit von der jeweiligen Umrißform (U) des Werkstückes (W) abgeändert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einige der Zuschnitte (Z) im Rechner (10) interaktiv zu Gruppen zusammengefaßt und diese Zuschnittgruppen jeweils als Einheit (E) dem Rechner (10) zur Schnittmustererstellung vorgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsfläche (6) in Teilbereiche (T) unterteilt ist und der Rechner (10) die Saugzonen (602) in Abhängigkeit vom Schneidverlauf teilbereichsweise unterdruckbeaufschlagt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rechner (10) beim Schneiden die vollständig innerhalb des Auflagebereiches liegenden Saugzonen (602a) während der gesamten Dauer des Schneidvorganges unterdruckbeaufschlagt und die teilweise in den Auflagebereich hineinragenden Saugzonen (602b) nur in Abhängigkeit vom Schneidverlauf.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rechner (10) die Saugzonen (602) innerhalb eines bestimmten Umfeldes (S) um das Schneidwerkzeug (71) unterdruckbeaufschlagt.
