Claims (14)
- Auf das Scharnier einer Autotür montierter provisorischer Türanschlag, wobei dieses Scharnier einen mit der Fahrzeugkarosserie schlüssig verbundenen festen Gelenkarm (2), einen mit der Fahrzeugtür schlüssig verbundenen beweglichen Gelenkarm (1) und eine Gelenkachse (3; 20; 30) für die beiden Gelenkarme aufweist, und wobei der Anschlag von einem elastischen Metallteil (5, 9) mit Mitteln zur schlüssigen Verbindung mit der Gelenklachse (3; 30, 30) und mit einem der beiden Gelenkarme (1) gebildet wird und mit mindestens einem erhabenen Teil (10, 11; 16) für den Kontakt mit dem anderen der beiden Gelenkarme (2) bei Bedienung der Tür versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur schlüssigen Verbindung des elastischen Metallteils einerseits eine weitgehend rechtwinklige Sohle (5) zur schlüssigen Verbindung mit der Gelenkachse (3; 20; 30) und mit dem beweglichen Gelenkarm (1) und andererseits einen die Sohle (5) verlängernden T-förmigen elastischen Arm (9), dessen endseitiger Schenkel mit dem erhabenen Teil (10, 11, 16) versehen ist, aufweisen.
- Provisorischer Türanschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Metallteil (5, 9) durch Stanzen oder Schneiden oder Tiefen hergestellt wird.
- Provisorischer Türanschlag nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle (5) des elastischen Metallteils sich in eine im oberen Bereich des beweglichen Gelenkarms (1) angebrachte Lagerung (6) einfügt.
- Provisorischer Türanschlag nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle (5) des elastischen Metallteils den oberen Bereich des beweglichen Gelenkarms (1) überdeckt.
- Provisorischer Türanschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (9) des elastischen Metallteils in seinem mittleren Bereich in Richtung des festen Gelenkarms (2) geknickt ist.
- Provisorischer Türanschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erhabene Teil von zwei sich auf je einem Ende des Schenkels befindlichen Höckern (10, 11) gebildet wird.
- Provisorischer Türanschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der endseitige Schenkel des Arms (9) die Form eines Kreisbogensektors hat.
- Provisorischer Türanschlag nach Anspruch 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erhabene Teil von einem auf dem Kreisbogensektor (15) angebrachten durchgehenden Höcker (16) gebildet wird.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung eines provisorischen Türanschlags nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei diese Vorrichtung eine zylindrische Achse (3; 20; 30) umfaßt, deren Länge größer als die Scharnierhöhe ist, und Mittel (8; 23, 24; 31, 32, 33, 34) zur schlüssigen Verbindung des Türanschlags (4) und des beweglichen Gelenkarms (1) mit dem festen Gelenkarm (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur schlüssigen Verbindung von einem an einem Ende der zylindrischen Achse (3) angeordneten Absatz (7) und von senkrechten, zueinander parallelen und unterhalb des Absatzes (7) angebrachten Auskehlungen (8) gebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auskehlungen (8) abwechselnd lang (8a) und kurz (8b) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur schlüssigen Verbindung von einem an einem Ende (20b) der Achse (20) gebördelten Ring (23) und von einem gespalteten elastischen Ring (24), der in einer am anderen Ende (20a) der Achse (20) angebrachten Vertiefung (22) angeordnet ist, gebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (23) einen Flansch (23a) zum Bördeln des Endes (20b) der zylindrischen Achse (20) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gespaltene elastische Ring (24) eine mit einer Greiföffnung (25) versehene Lasche (24a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungsmittel einerseits von einem an einem Ende der zylindrischen Achse (30) angebrachten polygonalen Kopf (31), der einen zylindrischen Flansch (32) aufweist, unter dem sich eine Fase (33) zur Abstützung auf der Sohle (5) des provisorischen Türanschlags (4) befindet, und andererseits von einem sich über einen Teil der Länge der Achse (30) unterhalb der Fase (33) erstreckenden Gewinde (34) zum Schrauben dieser Achse (30) in den beweglichen Gelenkarm (1) gebildet werden.
