Definitions

  • the invention relates to a steam condenser, as in the preamble of Claim 1 is described.
  • Such a steam condenser is from CH-PS 423 819 and DE-OS 1 948 073 known.
  • This known capacitor has the advantage that the loose arrangement the sub-bundle all peripheral tubes of a sub-bundle without noticeable Pressure loss are well charged with steam.
  • the capacitors working under vacuum need a well functioning one Suction system, so that incoming, non-condensable gases always come out of the condensation area be removed. Cooling pipes mixed with steam from these Gases are surrounded or flowed around, as a condensation surface almost completely lost, which reduces performance.
  • Pre-cooler a funnel-shaped "Pre-cooler”, there called “post-condensation part”, and an air cooler, which with the precooler and a downstream suction channel (header) via a double Series of evenly distributed radiator inlet or radiator outlet orifices communicates.
  • This air cooler is geometrically designed that the deterioration of the steam-side heat transfer through an increase the velocity of the gas phase is partially compensated.
  • each support plate has a recess towards the bottom of the air cooler to act as a drainage opening for condensate in the air cooler serves.
  • its bottom is all over Longitudinal alignment with an incline according to which condensate accumulates from the compartments with the air cooler floor at the lowest level drains away.
  • the compartment with the lowest air cooler floor is drained into the condensate collector of the condenser by means of a line.
  • the condenser line of the air cooler approximates the temperature curve of the cooling water in the neighboring pipes, it ensures that suitable ventilation of the pre-cooler is approximately proportional to the resulting non-condensable gases is guaranteed.
  • the invention is based, with a steam condenser the task called the extraction of inert gases from the air cooler of each To align the compartment specifically to the respective compartment and to improve with it. This will result in an inexpensive increase in capacitor efficiency sought.
  • the essence of the invention is the fact that the recesses for the condensate flow between neighboring compartments in the support plates and sealed vapor-tight. An exchange flow of residual vapor inert gas mixture inside the air cooler between neighboring compartments is thus prevented.
  • a preferred embodiment is to be seen in that at least on the air cooler floor of the compartment with the lowest one Air cooler floor at least one storage wall arranged parallel to a support plate is arranged so that the flowing down from a higher compartment Condensate is stowable on this dam wall, and thus the through Gaps formed drainage channel for the condensate from a higher located compartment can be closed hydraulically both gas and vapor tight is.
  • the illustrated embodiment enables the in any operating state Steam condenser a more effective use of the air cooler in each compartment, by a compensating flow of the residual vapor inert gas mixture in the Air cooler between neighboring compartments is completely prevented.
  • the heat exchanger shown is a surface condenser in a rectangular design, as it is suitable for a so-called Underfloor arrangement.
  • Parts not essential to the invention such as the condenser neck, condensation space, Condenser jacket, water chambers, tube sheets, condensate collection vessel are omitted, but below in connection with the Invention explained briefly.
  • a bundle 20 consists of one Number of tubes, of which only one cooling tube designated 13 is shown in FIG. 1 is. At both ends, the cooling tubes are fastened in tube sheets. Water chambers are arranged beyond the tube sheets. The condensate flowing out of the bundles 20 is in a condensate collecting vessel caught and from there it enters the WasserlDampf cycle.
  • Fig. 1 is the condensation part only partially illustrated by the dotted surface of the bundle 20 designated 1.
  • each bundle 20 In the interior of each bundle 20, a cavity 19 is formed, in which the accumulates vapor that is not condensable. In this cavity 19 is an air cooler 3. Flows through the residual vapor inert gas mixture this air cooler, with most of the vapor condensing. The rest of the Mixture is suctioned off.
  • the air cooler 3 located inside the tube bundle has the effect that the residual vapor inert gas mixture accelerates within the condenser bundle 20 becomes. This improves the situation in that none prevail small flow velocities that affect the heat transfer could.
  • the steam condenses on the tubes 13 and the condensate drips off against the bottom of the condenser.
  • the air cooler 3 has the task of removing the non-condensable gases from the condenser. During this process, the steam losses are to be kept as low as possible. This is achieved in that the residual vapor inert gas mixture is accelerated in the direction of the suction channel 4. The high speed results in good heat transfer, which leads to extensive condensation of the residual steam. In order to accelerate the mixture, the cross section in the direction of flow is increasingly smaller.
  • Fig. 1 is the cooling system mentioned at the outset, known from DE-OS 1 948 073 shown. It consists of the pre-cooler 2, of which the cooling tube 14 is shown and the air cooler 3, of which the cooling pipe 15 is located.
  • the air cooler 3 is separated from the suction duct 4 by a sheet metal wall 8 with panels 6, through which the non-condensable gases are drawn off.
  • the support plate 5 also divides the air cooler 3 into compartments 10, wherein a recess 18 in the support plate 5 against an air cooler base 21 is present. This recess 18 enables cross-compensation of the condensate accumulating in the air cooler 3.
  • the suction channel 4 is for everyone Compartments 10 together; it is not divided by the support plates 5.
  • the function of the air cooler 3 in the vicinity of the Cooling water inlet side 24 is restricted in that the cooling water inlet compartments located closer to the residual vapor inert gas mixture higher Compartments must also ventilate instead of the residual vapor inert gases of the locally viewed Compartments. This also leads to functional losses in the precooler 2 and in the condensation part 1 of the corresponding compartment.
  • the invention wants these disadvantages in all operating points of a steam condenser by avoiding an equalizing flow of the residual vapor inert gas mixture in the air cooler 3. 3, this is a baffle 22 at the bottom of the air cooler 3 in the area of the compartment 10 on the cooling water inlet side 24 arranged parallel to the support plates 5.
  • the baffle 22 is so high that there is a backlog of water flowing down from neighboring compartments 10 Condensate 23 over the entire bundle length hydraulically closes in all support plates 5.
  • a compensation flow remains for the residual vapor inert gas mixture compartment 10 prevented.
