Claims (10)
- Dispositif de rotation de feuilles sur un convoyeur (12) à rouleaux (14) définissant un plan de transport (P) et pourvu d'une butéé (16) longitudinale d'alignement des feuilles, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une paire de galets (20, 22) entraínés en rotation à des vitesses différentes et espacés l'un de l'autre et de ladite butée (16) transversalement par rapport à celle-ci, chacun desdits galets (20, 22) ayant son axe de rotation incliné par rapport à la normale sur ladite butée (16), d'un angle (γ, β) déterminé qui est plus grand pour celui (22) des galets qui est plus proche de ladite butée (16) et dont la vitesse de rotation est la plus faible, et chacun desdits galets (20, 22) ayant sa périphérie en contact avec un élément rotatif d'appui (24, 26), ou avec la face inférieure d'une feuille lors de son passage, sensiblement dans ledit plan (P) de transport.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les axes de rotation desdits galets (20, 22) sont inclinés dans un sens provoquant un dégagement des feuilles de ladite butée (16).
- Dispositif suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (14) dudit convoyeur (12) sont inclinés par rapport à la normale sur ladite butée (16) de manière à ramener vers cette butée un bord latéral des feuilles.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport des vitesses de rotation desdits galets (20, 22) est de 1 : 2.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les axes de rotation desdits galets (20, 22) se coupent sensiblement au centre fictif de rotation (C) des feuilles.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de rotation de celui (20) desdits galets qui est plus éloigné de ladite butée (16) est déterminée de manière à présenter parallèlement à ladite butée une composante (V1) qui est sensiblement égale à celle (V) des rouleaux (14) dudit convoyeur (12).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'appui (24, 26) est constitué par une bille montée à rotation libre dans un guide vertical cylindrique (28, 30).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui de celui (22) desdits galets qui est plus proche de ladite butée (16) peut être sélectivement soulevé de manière à désactiver le dispositif.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque rouleau (14) dudit convoyeur (12) est associé à une bille d'appui (18) montée à rotation libre au voisinage de ladite butée (16).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (14) dudit convoyeur et lesdits galets (20, 22) sont entraínés en rotation de manière synchrone par un mécanisme commun d'entraínement.
