dass ein Element (20) die Herzstückspitze (12) durchsetzt, dass das Element zum Niederhalten der Herzstückspitze in Richtung der Unterlage (18) kraftbeaufschlagt ist und dass das Element zum Verstellen der Herzstückspitze derart in einer von dem Element durchsetzten Durchbrechung (22) der Herzstückspitze anhebbar oder drehbar ist, dass diese im gewünschten Umfang verstellbar ist.
