Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Aushalsungen in Werkstücken mit einem eine Biegeform zur Aufnahme des Werkstücks und einen konvexen Stempel zum Durchziehen durch die Biegeform aufweisenden Werkzeug und mit einer Betätigungsvorrichtung für den Stempel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsvorrichtung (50) eine von einer Antriebsvorrichtung (28) betätigbare Zugstange (62) aufweist, an der eine Vorrichtung (52) zur Aufnahme, Verriegelung und Entriegelung des Stempels (24) angeordnet ist, dessen Außenfläche als Fläche (34, 36) eines senkrechten Zylinders und eines diesen senkrechten Zylinder waagerecht schneidenden gleich großen Zylinders ausgebildet ist, wobei die Schnittkanten (38) beider Zylinder abgerundet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stempel (24) auf seiner zylindrisch runden Oberseite (39) mittig ein Langloch (40) zur Wirkverbindung mit der Betätigungsvorrichtung (50) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Biegeform eine zylindrische Innenform (16), in die ein Loch (22) zum Einführen des Stempels (24) eingebracht ist und über die ein zu bearbeitendes rohrförmiges Werkstück (96) schiebbar ist, und eine teilzylindrische, nach unten offene Außenform (12) aufweist, deren Innenradius um wenigstens die Stärke des zu bearbeitenden rohrförmigen Werkstückes (96) größer ist als der Außenradius der Innenform, und die mit einem mit dem Stempel (24) zusammenwirkenden Biegeloch (18), deren Lochinnenkante als Biegekante (20) ausgebildet ist, ausgestattet ist und über die Innenform (16) und das Werkstück (96) schiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel der Außenform (12) etwas größer als der Mantel eines Halbzylinders ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere unterschiedliche Innenformen (16) und mehrere diesen zugeordnete Außenformen (12) einander gegenüber auf senkrechten Drehtellern (14, 10) angeordnet sind, von denen wenigstens ein Drehteller auf einem Schlitten (8) verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Stempels gleich dem Radius des Zylinders (36) oder etwas größer als dieser Radius ist.
