Claims (20)
- Handbetätigtes Austraggerät für eine Doppelaustrag-Kartusche für Zweikomponentenmassen, mit einer Doppel-Schubstange (4) und einem gemeinsam auf die Doppel-Schubstange wirkenden, über einen Abzughebel betätigbaren Vorschubantrieb, wobei der Vorschubantrieb ein Vorschuborgan enthält, das über eine Verzahnung (17; 54) auf die Doppel-Schubstange mit Verzahnung (18) wirkt und zwischen dem Vorschuborgan und dem Abzughebel ein Bogen-Ausgleichs-Element angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorschuborgan (7, 78; 50) derart geführt ist, dass es während dem Vorschub keine Schwenkbewegung und keine Bewegung quer zur Vorschubrichtung ausführen kann, zum Abkoppeln von der Doppel-Schubstange beim Rückhub sowie für das Entriegeln der Doppel-Schubstange (4) beim Nachfassen jedoch eine Schwenkbewegung ausführen kann, wobei das Bogen-Ausgleichselement für den Abzugshebel (3, 47) eine Ausgleichslasche (13, 48) ist, die über einen Drehpunkt (6, 49) an ihrem einen Ende mit dem Abzughebel (3, 47) und an ihrem anderen Ende über den Drehpunkt (8) drehbeweglich mit dem Vorschuborgan (7, 78; 50) verbunden ist.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftangriffspunkt (6) des Abzughebels (3) sowie der Drehpunkt (8) des Vorschuborgans (7, 78) zwischen den beiden Teilen der verzahnten Doppel-Schubstange (4) und auf der Höhe der Verzahnung (18) der Doppel-Schubstange (4) angeordnet sind.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei unterschiedlichen Querschnitten der Zylinder (25; 80, 81) der Doppelaustragkartusche der Abzughebel (3, 47) oder Teile davon (41, 46) und die Ausgleichslasche (13, 48) den Reaktionskräften entsprechend zur Seite mit den grösseren Reaktionskräften, bzw. dem Zylinder mit dem grösseren Querschnitt, hin versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgleichslasche (13; 48) an ihrem hinteren Ende mit einer Druck- bzw. Zugfeder (15; 51) beaufschlagt ist, die über den mit dem Vorschuborgan (7, 78; 50) verbundenen Drehbolzen (8; 49, 60) auf die verzahnten Ausleger (19; 55) des Vorschuborgans (7, 78; 50) wirkt, um deren Verzahnung (17; 54) beim Vorschub im Eingriff mit der Verzahnung (18) der Doppel-Schubstange (4) zu halten.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das klinken- und schlittenförmige Vorschuborgan (7) an seinem hinteren Teil oben und unten kreisbogenförmig abgerundete Oberflächen (20, 21) aufweist und an seinem der Verzahnung (17) entgegengesetzten Ende einen einstückig angeformten Hebel (24) aufweist, um bei dessen Betätigung die Verzahnung (17) des Schuborgans von der Verzahnung (18) der Doppel-Schubstange (4) abzukoppeln.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das klinken- und schlittenförmige Vorschuborgan (78) an seinem hinteren Teil oben und unten kreisbogenförmig abgerundete Oberflächen (20, 21) aufweist und ein unabhängiger Entriegelungshebel (72) vorhanden ist, um bei dessen Betätigung die Verzah∼nung (17) des Vorschuborgans von der Verzahnung (18) der Doppel-Schubstange (4) abzukoppeln.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftangriffspunkt (6) des Abzughebels (47) sowie der Drehpunkt (49, 60) des Vorschuborgans (50) unterhalb der Verzahnung der Doppel-Schubstange (4) angeordnet sind.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das klinken- und schlittenförmige Vorschuborgan (50) durch den mit ihm und der Ausgleichslasche (48) verbundenen Drehbolzen (49, 60) im Gehäuse geführt ist und an seinem der Verzahnung (54) entgegengesetzten Ende einen einstückig angeformten Hebel (24) aufweist, um bei dessen Betätigung die Verzahnung (54) des Vorschuborgans von der Verzahnung (18) der Doppel-Schubstange (4) abzukoppeln.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Drehbolzen (60) an beiden Enden ein Gleitstein (59) gelagert ist, der oben und unten zwischen einer Führungsfläche (61, 62) am Deckel bzw. am Gehäuse geführt wird.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Reibungsbremse (37) aufweist, die auf die Doppelschubstange (4) wirkt.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibungsbremse eine Omega-förmige Feder (37) ist.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Austraggerät (82) eine Rücklaufbremse (70) mit einem auf die Verzahnung (18) der Schubstange (4) wirkenden Sperrschieber (71) aufweist.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rücklaufbremse (70) einen auf den Sperrschieber wirkenden Entriegelungshebel (72) aufweist, der derart ausgebildet ist, dass zuerst das Vorschuborgan (78) und dann der Sperrschieber (71) ausser Eingriff mit der Verzahnung (18) der Schubstange (4) gebracht werden.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnung (54) des Schuborgans (50) beliebig gemäss der Breite der Doppel-Schubstange (4) angeordnet ist.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelaustragkartusche (25; 83, 84) in einer Halterung (26; 86) gehalten und durch eine Sicherungsklappe (27) gesichert ist, wobei die am Gehäuse angelenkte Sicherungsklappe ausgebildet ist, den Flansch (29; 85) der Kartusche formschlüssig zu hintergreifen.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsklappe (27) im Querschnitt einen U-förmigen Teil aufweist, dessen erster Schenkel (38) den Kartuschenflansch (29, 82) hintergreift und dessen zweiter Schenkel (39) an einem Absatz (40) des Gehäuses (5) anliegt, so dass die Haltekräfte direkt auf das Gehäuse übertragen werden.
- Austraggerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1-16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Austraggerät und die Doppelaustragkartusche derart codiert sind, dass die Kartusche nur in einer bestimmten Orientierung in die Halterung einsteckbar ist.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Codierung aus einem Vorsprung (30) am Austraggerät und einer Kerbe (31) an der Kartusche, oder umgekehrt, besteht.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Codierung aus den unterschiedlichen Durchmessern der Kartuschenzylinder (83, 84) besteht.
- Austraggerät nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Codierung aus einer Halterung (86) und einem asymmetrischen Kartuschenflansch (85) besteht, deren Form im wesentlichen den äusseren Konturen der unterschiedlichen Durchmesser folgt.
