Description

Beschreibung description
Leuchte oder Lampe, insbesondere ScheinwerferLuminaire or lamp, in particular headlights
The invention relates to a lamp or lamp, in particular headlights including underwater spotlights, with a receptacle in the housing for fastening a ceramic socket into which a lamp socket can be screwed or plugged.
Lamps known from the prior art have ceramic mountings which are fastened by means of a screw which is inserted through a bore and then screwed tightly into a threaded bore in the housing. To assemble or disassemble the ceramic socket, screwing operations are disadvantageously to be carried out. In addition, the connecting screw transfers the heat generated to the housing, which is usually made of metal.
It is an object of the present invention to improve the mounting and fastening of the ceramic socket in the luminaire or lamp mentioned at the outset in such a way that it can be more easily assembled or disassembled and the risk of heat transfer via the connecting element in question is minimized.
This object is achieved by the combination of features according to claim 1. According to the invention, a one-piece spring element is provided as the fastening means between said housing receptacle and the ceramic socket, which consists of a flat, coiled ring part and two bent legs protruding from the ring plane. The ring part is inserted into the receptacle of the housing or is supported or clamped against it, whereas the bent legs engage in bores in the ceramic socket. To assemble such a lamp, in particular a headlamp, it is only necessary to insert or clamp the spring element and to attach the ceramic mount to the legs. Must have the ceramic socket disassembled or exchanged, it can be removed from the spring element or the replacement socket can be plugged on again without further screwing movements being required. Since the spring element is no longer in full contact with the ceramic socket like the screw or the screw head, but only over smaller contact surfaces, the heat transfer between the housing receptacle and the ceramic socket is reduced accordingly. In addition, the ceramic frames, which were previously placed directly against a housing part as an abutment or screwed on there, can be designed such that heat generated in the area of the ceramic frame can be better dissipated.
Developments of the invention are described in the subclaims.
The just coiled ring shaft is preferably designed as an annular spring and is supported against the spring force in or against the receptacle. The receptacle preferably has a groove in which the ring part is inserted or clamped. Possibly. the ring spring is to be expanded or compressed for assembly against the spring force in order to set the dimension specified by the groove.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the legs of the spring element are resiliently supported against the bore wall of the ceramic frame, the legs projecting at an acute angle from the ring spring plane in the unloaded state. In this embodiment, the legs are to be aligned against the spring force before the ceramic socket is slid into the position desired by the bore in the ceramic socket.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the receptacle of the housing has a plurality of abutments, preferably grooves, arranged at a distance from one another, in or against that of the Ring part can be used or clamped at different heights. As a result, different heights of the ceramic frame can be set in the housing depending on the reflector design used. Possibly. can the receptacle be detachably connected to the housing, preferably screwed.
An annular gap is preferably provided between the outer casing of the ceramic frame and the adjacent inner wall of the housing, so that suitable circulating air conditions are created for better heat dissipation.

The underwater spotlight shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a housing 1 with an upper opening into which a front glass 2 is inserted. The housing and front glass edge parts are shielded from the outside by an aperture 3. An O-ring 4 and a G-ring 5 are used for sealing in a manner known from the prior art. The reflector lamp 6 is arranged below the front glass 2, the electrical contact connections of which are inserted into a ceramic socket 7 as a holder. The ceramic socket is clamped against the inner wall of the housing as an abutment via the spring element 8 used according to the invention. A cable 9 is used for the power supply, the corresponding lines being connected to the relevant connections with the ceramic socket via a parallel connector 10. The parallel connector 10 is shielded from the outside by a silicone tube 11. The underwater spotlight is shielded from the bottom in a watertight manner by means of a seal 12 and an external pressure screw 13. The parts described above are correspondingly designated in the exploded view in FIG. 2. To receive or clamp the spring element 8, grooves 14 are machined or milled into the housing inner wall at a spaced-apart distance.
As can be seen from FIG. 3, the ceramic holder 7 has two spaced parallel bores 15, which here are made parallel to the central axis of the cylindrical ceramic holder 7 (see FIG. 7). Possibly. blind holes 15 can also be provided. The bore diameter, the bore depth and the spatial orientation of the bore 15 are adapted to the connecting element used.
The spring element 8, which consists of a flat wound ring part 81 (see FIG. 6) and the legs 82 protruding at an oblique angle determined by this ring part 81, serves as the connecting element. The ring part 81 is designed as an annular spring which can be compressed against the spring force to a diameter determined by the grooves 14. The ring spring 81, the top view of which can be seen in FIG. 6, consists of an M-shaped part with inwardly drawn sections 83 which continue to the legs 82. The spring element 8 is formed in one piece and consists of a steel known from the prior art. To assemble the ceramic socket, the ring spring part 81 is first clamped in the grooves 14, then the legs 82 are raised in a substantially vertical position to the ring spring plane, so that they can be inserted into the bores 15 of the ceramic socket. The legs 82 of the spring element 8 each bear against the walls of the bores 15 against the spring force given by the spring action of the legs 82. The spring element 8 is inexpensive to manufacture, easier to handle than the fastening screw previously used according to the prior art, and offers smaller contact surface areas for the ceramic mount, so that heat transfer from the ceramic mount to the housing or housing abutment is minimized. Since the ceramic socket 7 no longer lies directly on the housing 1, heat radiated from the ceramic socket in the base region of the ceramic socket and all around in the jacket region can be dissipated better than hitherto.
