Abstract

Eine Austragvorrichtung (1) enthält eine Rückstell-Feder (30) aus Kunststoff o. dgl., die polygonale Federquerschnitte (50) hat und einteilig mit mindestens einem formsteifen Anschlußkörper (45, 46) als Wendelfeder ausgebildet ist. Die Feder (30) kann dadurch mit nahezu beliebigen weiteren Funktionsteilen der Austragvorrichtung (1) einteilig ausgebildet sein, wodurch es möglich ist, eine Austragpumpe aus nur zwei oder mehr Bauteilen zusammenzusetzen.
Ferner können Bauteile in einer Spritzgußform zunächst einteilig miteinander hergestellt und dann vor der vollständigen Entformung in eine gegenseitige Arbeitslage überführt werden.
