Claims (8)
- Dispositif de suspension pour ouvrage de génie civil, comprenant un câble porteur (1) lui-même constitué par juxtaposition latérale de torons multiples (7) répartis selon des nappes superposées, et des suspentes (5) accrochées à ce câble par des colliers (6) et propres à transmettre audit câble la charge (C) de l'ouvrage, une feuille intercalaire (11) étant interposée entre les tronçons, situés à l'intérieur de chaque collier (6), de deux au moins des nappes superposées de torons (7) du câble porteur, caractérisé en ce que la feuille intercalaire (11) est nervurée alternativement sur ses deux faces par des lattes d'entretoisement parallèles (12) présentant un profil de triangle curviligne, lattes propres à remplir jointivement les interstices (T) compris entre lesdites nappes.
- Dispositif de suspension selon la revendication 1, concernant un ouvrage pour lequel chaque toron (7) est entouré par une gaine (9) en un matériau souple, caractérisé en ce que la feuille intercalaire (11) est constituée en le même matériau que cette gaine.
- Dispositif de suspension selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau souple est le polyéthylène haute densité ou une polyéoléfine.
- Dispositif de suspension selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisé en ce que les portions amincies (13), de la feuille intercalaire (11), qui sont comprises entre ses nervures (12), présentent une épaisseur qui ne dépasse pas sensiblement 0,1 mm.
- Feuille nervurée d'entretoisement (11) pour un dispositif de suspension selon l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend alternativement sur ses deux faces des nervures ou lattes parallèles (12) présentant la forme générale de prismes à base délimitée par un triangle curviligne, lesdites lattes étant propres à combler les interstices (T) compris entre les torons juxtaposés multiples (7) constitutifs du câble porteur (1) du dispositif.
- Procédé pour fabriquer une feuille nervurée d'entretoisement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on fabrique cette feuille par extrusion en un seul tenant.
- Procédé pour fabriquer une feuille nervurée d'entretoisement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on forme par extrusion chacune des lattes (12) présentant un profil de triangle curviligne et en ce que l'on colle ces lattes alternativement de part et d'autre d'une feuille mince.
- Procédé pour mettre en place une feuille nervurée d'entretoisement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par la suite des opérations suivantes : avant montage d'un collier (6) sur le tronçon de câble (1) destiné à le recevoir, on écarte successivement deux à deux les nappes de torons (7) superposées constituant ledit tronçon, puis on introduit horizontalement dans chacun des espaces (E) ainsi dégagés successivement entre deux nappes un pan de surface suffisante de la feuille d'entretoisement (11), puis on rapproche verticalement les deux dites nappes l'une de l'autre, ce qui fait combler par les nervures (12) de la feuille les interstices (T) compris entre ces nappes, et après avoir ainsi comblé la totalité des interstices compris entre les nappes, on monte le collier de suspension (6) sur le tronçon de câble (1) ainsi équipé.
