Definitions
- the invention relates to a rod lock for locking of doors, preferably control cabinet doors or similar doors or flaps, consisting of a parallel to the door edge Flat ribbon rod, preferably arranged in the tilting space with at least one locking part arranged thereon and from one on the door frame Locking element for lockingly receiving the locking part and with an actuator for Longitudinal displacement of the flat bar between one Open and a locked position.
- the ribbon bar carries as a locking part cross-sectionally round pegs on the Flat tape material are placed, for example by means of a riveting process, which pins in the closing process retract a trestle with a U-profile.
- a disadvantage of the publication mentioned first is hers still relatively complex construction, while maintaining the advantages already achieved can be simplified should while as further disadvantage as a disadvantage
- the approach area which is defined by the Rotation of the flat bar in the locking area arises, creates problems: the rear grip thus formed namely leads to high friction and thus to high Wear as well as difficulty moving during the Retraction.
- Another disadvantage is that that the twist extends to both sides and thereby a relatively wide construction results from these both sides but only one side can be used, so that unnecessary space is wasted, plus the torsional load quite large on the pole, which is also the Friction in the rod guides increases and that for actuation necessary forces increased even further.
- the object of the invention is a rod lock improve the type mentioned in that he is even simpler and therefore manufactured even cheaper can not become a high friction, no high wear and no difficulties the entry movement leads, and especially narrow and can be executed stably.
- the rod lock of the type mentioned the flat ribbon rod Formation of the locking part via at least one Section of their longitudinal extent from their longitudinal plane is offset that the ribbon profile in or adjacent to the offset relocation section with one of their offset (outer) or non-offset (inner) narrow edges the locking surface forms that of a Hook part arranged parallel to the flat bar level of the closure element is overlapped.
- the ribbon rod in its displacement section in one direction from the Rod level is offset.
- it can also the ribbon bar in its displacement section in the course of the section first in one direction and then in that other, opposite direction, preferably around the always the same amount, e.g. B. offset by the bar thickness be. Reduced with a correspondingly designed holding element this also affects the torque effect on the flat bar, because both lever arms are opposite and each other cancel their effect.
- this is Locking element L-shaped, the one L-leg serves to fasten the closure element and the other L-leg has the locking surface at its free end of the flat part of the hook part trains.
- the closure element at the free end of it other L-leg which is used for fastening, with a Guide bar for one broad side of the locking section the flat bar.
- the guide web of the Closure element in the direction of displacement of the ribbon bar (and also perpendicular to it) an oblique or curved Have ramp area.
- From the central area of the mounting leg of the L-shaped closure element can in the direction of trough-shaped recesses of the flat bar at least one Project a nose or a web to make one to form additional leadership.
- the closure element can also have a U-shaped cross section have and be attached to the web of the U, while from the free ends of the U-legs each between the U-leg guided ribbon rod encompassing hook part going out.
- FIG. 1 and 11 are each in a view of the Cant space 10 of a sheet metal cabinet door 12 in this Bar lock 14, 214 arranged in space, consisting of a lock 16, 216, one of which is in the canting room 10 extending rod 18, 218 goes out to the one inside the castle 16, 216, but also the other displaceable on the door leaf 12 in a rod bearing 20 is stored.
- the sheet metal cabinet door 12 is via hinge straps 22, see Fig. 2, hinged to the cabinet body 24, the in turn take advantage of the other tilting space 11, the between the outer bend 26 and an inner on the Welded door leaf, receiving a seal 28 Profile sheet 30 is formed.
- a section along the line 3-3 of FIG. 1, or from Fig. 13, a section along the line 13-13 of 11 is located on the cabinet body 24 also a closure element 32 or 232, the following is described in more detail and in one of the locking rod 18 or 218 formed dislocation or offset 34 or 234 penetrates and so with the rod 18 or 218 via, for example, the guide 20 (see also FIG. 4) and the lock 16 or 216 connected door leaf 12 on the cabinet body 24 holds and locks.
- FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a closure element 32, see Fig. 5, but also z. B. in Fig. 6A, as well as an alternative Embodiment 232 in connection with FIGS. 14 and 23A, 23B, it can be seen that the cross section Rectangular bar formed by flat strip material 18 or 218 with an offset or offset 34 or 234 lies in a closure element 32 and 232, respectively this cranking part 34 or 234 from one of the Closure element 32 or 232 formed hook part 36 or 236 is spread.
- the closure element 32 or 232 is substantially L-shaped formed
- the one L-leg 38 or 238 for Attachment of the locking element 32 or 232 to the cabinet body 24 serves, for example, in that this leg 38 has a threaded bore into which a fastening screw 51 can be screwed to the closure element 32 define
- the closure member 32 still can have a rotation lock, for example in the form of a prismatic opening in the cabinet body 24, in the corresponding projections of the closure element 32 Have it inserted in a rotationally secure manner.
- the leg is 238 with a countersunk bore 239 for a countersunk screw 24 provided according to FIG. 19, which screw 241 in a Special nut 243 according to FIG. 18A (top view) and 18B (Side view) can be screwed in.
- the special mother has a rectangular shape with a length greater than width and can be opened through a corresponding rectangular opening 245 in the door frame area 24 for the purpose of mounting the closure element 232 with screw 241 inserted and attached Pass nut 243 through.
- a projection 253 which is adapted to the opening 245 from (Fig. 16)
- the closure member 232 in the opening 245 should fix and have a height that is equal to or is slightly less than the thickness of the sheet material in which the opening 245 is introduced.
- From this projection 253 then go out two lugs or lugs 249, 251, form the stops for the special nut 243 (FIG. 18A), when screw 241 is turned in the unscrewing direction, at what moment due to the friction between Screw and nut, possibly reinforced by a plastic point on the external thread of screw 241, see FIG.
- this special nut can also still towards the mounting surface of the door frame 24 have pointing projections or pointed teeth 259 which dig into the material of the door frame 24 when the Screw 241 is tightened, and thereby z.
- B. an additional Security function result that a releasing itself prevent nut 249 from operating the lock, but especially the grounding of the mother in painted Tin cabinets are used by the teeth through the paint Push through to the metal surface.
- this closure element preferably is arranged near rod guides 20, see FIG. 1 to the lever arm between the guide 20th and that of the closure element and the associated cranking or transfer, e.g. B. 34, locking formed, e.g. B. 42, as small as possible and thus the bending load of the Ribbon bar, e.g. B. 18, as low as possible.
- a first embodiment of such a closure element 32 is a side view in FIG. 6A and in FIG 6B, wherein the in the 6A and 6B illustrated embodiment similar to that 1 to 5.
- the locking element 32 at the free end of one on the door frame attached L-leg 38 a guide bar 40 for one broad side 44 of the offset area 34 connecting rod section of the flat ribbon rod 18 serves.
- This guide bar 40 can prevent that the rod 18 from the leg 46 of the closure element 32 bends away and thereby under the hook part 36 is released.
- cranking part 34 is therefore only released when for example the rod 44 by actuating one here Actuation not shown z. B. up to one Position is shifted, shown in dashed lines in Fig. 6A is.
- the non-cranked area can the hook part 36 according to FIG. 6B slide up and thereby pivoting the door leaf away from the door frame. If the door is closed again, the non-cranked one penetrates Area in the between the end face of the hook part 36 and the slot 48 formed in the guide web 40 again, especially if the alignment is not precise of flat ribbon rod 18 and closure element 32 this intrusion is facilitated by the fact that both the hook part 36 a bevel 50 and the Guide web 40 have a bevel 52 that together thus form a kind of funnel.
- the extension is of the hook part 36 slightly less than that of the other parts of the closure element 32, namely in particular the two L-leg 38 or 46 and the guide bar 40th
- the axial extent of the crimping area 134 is slightly larger, which causes the Accuracy of the displacement of the locking rod 118 to Obtaining the open area does not need to be so precise.
- the closure elements 32 and 132 have Similar structure, also with those already described Ramp surfaces to facilitate the closing process not precise alignment of the locking rod 118 or 18 with respect to the closure element 132 or 32.
- Fig. 10 is an embodiment for a closure element 232 shown, which is intended for single hole mounting and with a countersunk screw 141 as shown in FIG Standard nut 143 can be attached, or according to the 15 to 22 by means of a special fastening, which is already has been described above.
- the closure element 232 has inclined running surfaces 268, with which the offset areas 234 of the Interlocking rod 218 cooperate and so a relieved Allow retraction of the offset area.
- the meaning here is that the fastening axis of the screw 141 or Nut 143 exactly to the axis E of the locking rod (outside their cranking areas) is aligned, so that on the locking bar 218 as a whole has no torsional moments act when it absorbs the closing forces, only the lever arm through the crank plays one Role.
- Another advantage is that the locking bar can be turned around its longitudinal axis by 180 ° (e.g. to Purpose of changing the actuator), which u. U. rotating the closure member (e.g. 232) requires, however no change in the attachment - since the rotation changes the position of the The fastening screw (e.g. 141 241) does not change.
- the improved attachment shown in FIGS. 15 to 22 has the advantage that the attachment also can then take place when the inside of the control cabinet, i.e. the Area on which the special nut 243 according to FIG. 14 closes lies when mounting the closure element 232 is not or only poorly accessible.
- the reason for this is, that the locking element with its projections 249, 251, 253 including screw 241 and special nut 243 can pass through the opening 245 from the outside, whereupon the also accessible from this side Screw 241 rotated and the overall arrangement determined can be, as already described above.
- the axis of the screw 239 expediently lies exactly in the axial line E of the locking rod.
- FIGS. 24A, 24B and 24C show a Attachment by means of two openings in the closure element 332 and using two countersunk screws be carried out as shown in FIGS. 24A, 24B and 24C shows.
- the locking element shown there 332 is otherwise similar in construction to the arrangement according to Fig. 10, again with bevels 368 and one another inclined surface 369 at the end of the guide web 340, the retraction of the locking bar when closing the Door should facilitate.
- the attachment happens with here Using two countersunk screws with associated usual Nuts, as can also be seen in FIG. 13, for example.
- FIGS. 24A, 24B, 24C The arrangement according to FIGS. 24A, 24B, 24C is therefore somewhat narrower but a little longer while the arrangement for example according to FIGS. 12 or 13 or 14 to 16 a little shorter, but a little wider.
- FIGS. 23A and 23B shown locking rod 218 not the case.
- the cranked area pressed so that there are inclined run-up surfaces 284, 292 result, each opposite the Narrow edge plane 291 of the non-cranked part of the Start locking bar 218 spring back and into one Expire level 293, which is aligned with level 291.
- the flat bar 318 is constructed similarly to the bar 18 and 118 of FIGS. 6 and 7, however, has in addition in each case in the area of the two causing the transfer Crank bending lines 76, 78 in the narrow sides 80, 82 recessed, trough-shaped recess areas 84 and 86, respectively are arranged here on both sides, so that the illustration of the 8C both about the transverse axis and about the longitudinal axis appears axially symmetrical.
- Additional indentations 84, 86 can be produced easily Guide channel 88 and 90, see Fig.
- FIGS. 9A and 9B at which the locking rod 418 in its displacement section A in the course of this section first into one Direction, reference number 96 and then the other, opposite lying direction, reference number 98, preferably around the same amount is offset, with the embodiment shown this amount approximately the Bar thickness corresponds.
- the overall breadth of such The arrangement is again approximately three times the strength S of the Ribbon bar, also here 3S, so that the width of a associated closure element 532 according to FIG. 9B essentially that corresponds to the embodiment of Fig. 8B.
- This closure element 532 is essentially U-shaped Cross section, the web 538 of this cross section as Fastening surface serves while from the free ends of the U-leg 546 projects a hook part 536 inwards, behind which the respective offset part 96 or 98 when the closure is in its closed position is brought, since the rod is here on both sides supports, provided the hook parts 536 of the closure element range over the distance A.
- cranking 99 shown in FIG. 1 can be omitted. if the rod 18 is at a constant distance from the bend 100 of the door leaf 12 is performed, for example, by different arrangement or construction of the rod guide 20 is made possible. You would then also attach that to the door frame Closure element 32 closer to the bend 100 of the Move door leaf 12 in, for example to the extent that the Surface 33 of the closure element 32 on the inner surface 35 of the bend 100 sets and thereby an additional Guiding the door leaf with respect to the door frame allows.
- cranking profile (see e.g. the 23B) is adapted to that which can be seen in plan view Profile of the hook 263 of the closure element 232 according to Fig. 15 (realized a little less precisely in the closure element 332 according to FIG. 24C).
- the locking rod 218 in the form work in an orientation like it similarly shown in Fig. 7A, in a central position open door causes in a position below or one Position above, however, a locked door. If you turn it Rod 218 by 180 ° about its longitudinal axis results in the 6A, in which the middle position is a locked door results in a offset by the offset dimension Position below or above, however, is an open one Door. Both ways of working are with the same closure element to achieve how it z. 14 to 16 is shown.
- the locking bar 218 can be rotated around the longitudinal axis by 180 ° instead but also the closure element 235 about one to the axis its fastening screw parallel axis rotated by 180 ° to achieve the same effect.
- the invention is e.g. B. in control cabinet construction commercially applicable.
