Description
Bei einer anderen bekannten und gebräuchlichen Bauart von Kraftwagentürfeststellern wirkt eine am einen Türanordnungsteil eingespannte Drehstabfeder über eine an ihrem freien Ende angeordnete bzw. gelagerte Rastrolle mit einem seinerseits am anderen Türanordnungsteil befestigten und sich radial zu seiner Anschlagbasis erstreckenden Rastensegment zusammen, in der Weise, daß die Brems-bzw. Haltekraft des Türfeststellers aus dem Verdrehwiderstand der Torsionsfeder abgeleitet ist. Auch bei Türfeststellern dieser Bauart sind besondere und teilweise auch aufwendige Maßnahmen erforderlich, um einen möglichst geräuschfreien Gang des in ein Fahrzeug eingebauten Türfeststellers zu gewährleisten.
Beiden bekannten Systemen von Kraftwagentürfeststellern gemeinsam ist jedoch, daß sie jeweils bei unter einer Vorspannung stehender Feder der ihre Brems-bzw. Haltemittel beaufschlagenden Federlast in die Fahrzeugkarosserie eingebaut werden müssen, was naturgemäß eine gewisse Erschwernis des Einbaues mit sich bringt.
Unabhängig von durch besondere Einzelausgestaltungen weitgehend vermeidbaren Nachteilen, wie beispielsweise Geräuschentwicklung oder dergl., haftet jedoch jeder der bekannten Bauarten von Kraftwagentürfeststellern der Nachteil eines besonderen Bedarfes an Einbauraum an, sei es hinsichtlich eines für die Unterbringung eines Rastensegmentes erforderlichen Mindestabstandes zwischen Türe und Türsäule oder sei es hinsichtlich eines erforderlichen Überlaufraumes für eine Türhaltestange.

Der Feststellung des auch bei dieser Ausführungsform über Lagerbuchsen 10 und 11 um eine zur Achse des Haltergehäuses konzentrische Achse 12 drehbar im jeweiligen Bodenteil 13 bzw. 14 der das Haltergehäuse bildenden, topfförmigen Teile 3 und 4 aufgenommenen bzw. gelagerten Excenters 15 ist gleichfalls eine aus einem Bremskonus 29 und einer Bremsscheibe 30 bestehende Konusbremse zugeordnet, welche vermittels einer in der Zeichnung im Einzelnen nicht näher dargestellten elektromotorischen Ein-bzw. Ausrückeinrichtung 31 insbesondere in Abhängigkeit von wenigstens einem vorgegebenen Türöffnungswinkel ansteuerbar ist und eine Festsetzung des Excenters 15 gegenüber wenigstens dem drehangetriebenen Teil 3 des Haltergehäuses bewirkt. Die dem Excenter 15 zugeordnete Konusbremse 29,30 ist auch bei dieser Ausführungsform zusammen mit der ihr zugeordneten elektromotorischen Ein-bzw. Ausrükkeinrichtung 31 in einem eigenen, auf das eine Teil 3 des Haltergehäuses aufgesetzten Gehäuse 32 untergebracht bzw. aufgenommen.
Die in Fig. 6 und 7 gezeigte Gestaltungsform erlaubt eine baukastenartige Verbindung des Türfeststellers mit einem Kraftwagentürscharnier. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, daß das eine Teil 3 des Haltergehäuses mit der einen Hälfte 33 eines Türscharnieres 34 und das zweite Teil 4 des Haltergehäuses mit der anderen Hälfte 35 eines Türscharnieres 34 verbindbar ist, indem die eine Hälfte 3 des Haltergehäuses nach Art einer Steckverbindung über radial ausladende Vorsprünge 36 mit zugehörigen Ausnehmungen 37 in der einen Scharnierhälfte 33 formschlüssig und drehsicher verrastbar ist, während das zweite Teil 4 des Haltergehäuses mit der anderen Hälfte 35 eines Türscharnieres 34 vermittels einer in einem radialen Ausleger bzw. einer radialen Auskragung 38 angeordneten Verschraubung bzw. Verbolzung drehsicher an der anderen Scharnierhälfte 35 festlegbar ist.
Claims (17)
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller, bestehend aus
einem ersten (3), am einen der beiden Türanordnungsteile Tür (1) und Türsäule (2) und einem zweiten (4), am anderen der Türanordnungsteile (1, 2) anschlagbaren Teil, welche beiden Teile (3, 4) als innenumfangsverzahnte (7, 8) hohle Rotationskörper, oder als Segmente davon, mit denselben Wälzkreisdurchmessern konzentrisch ausgebildet sind und ein Haltergehäuse bilden, wobei die beiden anschlagbaren Teile (3, 4) in Abhängigkeit von der Türbewegung relativ zueinander um ihre gemeinsame Achse (12) verdrehbar sind, und
einem mit beiden anschlagbaren Teilen (3, 4) zusammenwirkenden, als außenumfangsverzahnter Ringkörper ausgebildeten Brems- bzw. Feststellteil (9), wobei das Brems- bzw. Feststellteil (9) relativ zu den beiden anschlagbaren Teilen (3, 4) verstellbar ist und wobei die Zusammenwirkung der Außenverzahnung des Brems- bzw. Feststellteils (9) mit der jeweiligen Innenverzahnung (7,8) der anschlagbaren Teile (3,4) mittels der Verzahnung einen formschlüssigen Eingriff definiert,
wobei weiterhin, die Innenumfangsverzahnungen des ersten und des zweiten anschlagbaren Teils (3, 4) eine unterschiedliche Zähnezahl aufweisen, und
wobei das mit einem gegenüber den anschlagbaren Teilen (3, 4) geringeren Durchmesser ausgebildete Brems- bzw. Feststellteil (9) um eine zur Achse (12) des Haltergehäuses parallele Achse rotierbar ist und auf einem Excenter (15) angeordnet ist, der eine Feststellung in Abhängigkeit von einem beliebigen oder vorgegebenen Türöffnungswinkel durch eine Aufhebung der gegenseitigen Relativbewegung der beiden anschlagbaren Teile (3,4) ermöglicht. - Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Teile (3, 4) zur Bildung des Haltergehäuses jeweils topfförmig gestaltet und einander übergreifend ausgebildet sind.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Brems- bzw. Feststellteil (9) unter Zwischenschaltung eines Ringes (16) aus Reibmaterial, insbesondere Bremsbelagmaterial, auf dem verstellbaren Excenter (15) gelagert ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenumfangsverzahnung des angetriebenen Teils (3) des Haltergehäuses bei gleichem Wälzkreisdurchmesser wenigstens um einen Zahn größer oder kleiner ist als die Innenumfangsverzahnung des anderen Teils (4) des Haltergehäuses.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Brems- bzw. Feststellteil (9) vermittels eines in radialer Richtung federbelasteten Druckringes (17) auf dem Excenter (15) gelagert ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radial gerichtete Belastung des das Brems- bzw. Feststellteil (9) bildenden Ringkörpers vermittels eines, durch einen innerhalb des Excenters (15) in radialer Richtung verschieblich angeordneten und durch eine Druckfeder (18) beaufschlagten Druckbolzen (19) gebildet ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der der Verstellung des Brems- bzw. Feststellteils (9) zugeordnete Excenter (15) drehsicher mit einer Scharnierachse bzw. einem Scharnierstift gekoppelt ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der der Verstellung des Brems- bzw. Feststellteils (9) zugeordnete Excenter (15) mit einem Drehantrieb oder dergleichen Verstelleinrichtung verbunden bzw. einteilig ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Teil (3) des Haltergehäuses vermittels einer, um zur Haltergehäuseachse (12) parallele Achsen einerseits, an ihm und andererseits am anderen Türanordnungsteil (2) angelenkten Koppelstange (22) in Abhängigkeit von der Türbewegung drehangetrieben ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das drehangetriebene Teil (3) des Haltergehäuses vermittels eines radialen Auslegerarmes (21) mit der andererseits um zur Haltergehäuseachse (12) parallele Achse am anderen Türanordnungsteil (2) angelenkten Koppelstange (22) in einer von der Türbewegung abhängigen Antriebsverbindung steht.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der der Verstellung des Brems- bzw. Feststellteils (9) zugeordnete Excenter (15) frei drehbar im jeweiligen Bodenteil (4) der beiden topfförmigen Hälften (3, 4) des Haltergehäuses gelagert und vermittels einer ansteuerbaren Bremseinrichtung (29-31) bei beliebigen oder vorgegebenen Türöffnungswinkeln arretierbar ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die, dem der Verstellung des Brems- bzw. Feststellteiles zugeordnete Excenter (15) zugeordnete, Bremseinrichtung (29-31) durch eine mit diesem drehsicher, insbesondere mittels einer Vielkantkupplung gekoppelte und vermittels eines ansteuerbaren elektromotorischen Antriebes, insbesondere eines Elektromagneten einrückbare Konusbremse (29, 30) gebildet ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dem Excenter (15) zugeordnete Brems- bzw. Feststelleinrichtung (29-31) in einem eigenen, auf das Haltergehäuse aufsetzbaren Gehäuse (32) untergebracht bzw. aufgenommen ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er an ein Kraftwagentürscharnier (35) anschließbar ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste anschlagbare Teil (3) des Haltergehäuses mit einer Hälfte (33) eines Türscharniers und ein zweites Teil (4) des Haltergehäuses mit der anderen Hälfte (34) eines Türscharniers verbindbar ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein der zwei Teile (3) des Haltergehäuses über radial ausladende Vorsprünge (36) oder dergleichen mit zugehörigen Ausnehmungen (37) in einer (33) der beiden Scharnierhälften (33, 34) drehsicher verrastbar ist.
- Kraftwagentürfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Verbindung mit einer drehsicheren Verrastung des einen Haltergehäuseteils (3) an der einen Scharnierhälfte (33) eines Kraftwagentürscharniers die andere Hälfte (4) des Haltergehäuses über einen radial gerichteten Ausleger drehsicher an der anderen Scharnierhälfte (34) festlegbar ist.
