Description

Die Erfindung befrifft einen Kraftwagentürfeststeller.The invention relates to a motor vehicle door arrester.

Haltekörpern ausgestattetes Haltergehäuse gekennzeichnet. Kraftwagentürfeststeller dieser Bauart sind mit einer Reihe von Unzulänglichkeiten behaftet, denen durch teils aufwendige Maßnahmen begegnet werden muß. Insbesondere resultiert aus einer als Folge der jeweiligen Einbauverhältnisse in einer Fahrzeugkarosserie möglichen Verkantung der Türhaltestange gegenüber dem Haltergehäuse bzw. den in diesem angeordneten Brems-bzw. Haltekörpern eine erhebliche Gefahr einer Geräuschentwicklung, welche nur durch besondere Maßnahmen beseitigbar ist.
Bei einer anderen bekannten und gebräuchlichen Bauart von Kraftwagentürfeststellern wirkt eine am einen Türanordnungsteil eingespannte Drehstabfeder über eine an ihrem freien Ende angeordnete bzw. gelagerte Rastrolle mit einem seinerseits am anderen Türanordnungsteil befestigten und sich radial zu seiner Anschlagbasis erstreckenden Rastensegment zusammen, in der Weise, daß die Brems-bzw. Haltekraft des Türfeststellers aus dem Verdrehwiderstand der Torsionsfeder abgeleitet ist. Auch bei Türfeststellern dieser Bauart sind besondere und teilweise auch aufwendige Maßnahmen erforderlich, um einen möglichst geräuschfreien Gang des in ein Fahrzeug eingebauten Türfeststellers zu gewährleisten.
Beiden bekannten Systemen von Kraftwagentürfeststellern gemeinsam ist jedoch, daß sie jeweils bei unter einer Vorspannung stehender Feder der ihre Brems-bzw. Haltemittel beaufschlagenden Federlast in die Fahrzeugkarosserie eingebaut werden müssen, was naturgemäß eine gewisse Erschwernis des Einbaues mit sich bringt.
Unabhängig von durch besondere Einzelausgestaltungen weitgehend vermeidbaren Nachteilen, wie beispielsweise Geräuschentwicklung oder dergl., haftet jedoch jeder der bekannten Bauarten von Kraftwagentürfeststellern der Nachteil eines besonderen Bedarfes an Einbauraum an, sei es hinsichtlich eines für die Unterbringung eines Rastensegmentes erforderlichen Mindestabstandes zwischen Türe und Türsäule oder sei es hinsichtlich eines erforderlichen Überlaufraumes für eine Türhaltestange.

Bei der in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Ausführungsform besteht der Kraftwagentürfeststeller im Wesentlichen aus zwei wechselweise an der Tür 1 und der Türsäule 2 anschlagbaren Teilen 3 und 4, die zur Bildung eines Haltergehäuses jeweils topfförmig gestaltet und einander übergreifend ausgebildet sind, in der Weise, daß das eine Teil 3 einen axial gerichteten Kragen 5 aufweist, welcher einen gleichfalls axial gerichteten Vorsprung 6 des anderen Teiles 4 übergreift. Die beiden Teile 3 und 4 des Haltergehäuses weisen jeweils eine Innenumfangsverzahnung 7 bzw. 8 auf, mit welchen ein durch einen außenumfangsverzahnten Ringkörper gebildete Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9 zusammenwirkt. Das Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9 ist auf einem über Lagerbuchsen 10 und 11 um eine zur Achse des Haltergehäuses konzentrische Achse 12 drehbar im jeweiligen Bodenteil 13 bzw. 14 der das Haltergehäuse bildenden, topfförmigen Teile 3 und 4 aufgenommenen bzw. gelagerten und in Abhängigkeit von einem vorgegebenen Türöffnungswinkel verstellbaren Excenter 15 angeordnet. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9 unter Zwischenschaltung eines Ringes 16 aus Reibmaterial, insbesondere Bremsbelagmaterial, auf dem verstellbaren Excenter 15 angeordnet. Die Innenumfangsverzahnungen 7 bzw. 8 der beiden topfförmig gestalteten Teile 3 und 4 des Haltergehäuses weisen jeweils gleiche Wälzkreisdurchmesser aber unterschiedliche Zähnezahlen auf, insbesondere ist die Innenumfangsverzahnung 7 des in Abhängigkeit von der Türbewegung angetriebenen Teiles 3 des Haltergehäuses bei gleichem Wälzkreisdurchmesser um wenigstens einen Zahn größer oder kleiner als die Innenumfangsverzahnung 8 des anderen Teiles 4 des Haltergehäuses. Feststellteil 9 bildenden Ringkörpers durch einen innerhalb des Excenters 15 in radialer Richtung verschieblich angeordneten und durch eine Druckfeder 18 beaufschlagten Druckbolzen 19 gebildet ist. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, daß das eine Teil 3 des Haltergehäuses mit der einen Hälfte 33 eines Türscharnieres 34 und das zweite Teil 4 des Haltergehäuses mit der anderen Hälfte 35 eines Türscharnieres 34 verbindbar ist, indem die eine Hälfte 3 des Haltergehäuses nach Art einer Steckverbindung über radial ausladende Vorsprünge 36 mit zugehörigen Ausnehmungen 37 in der einen Scharnierhälfte 33 formschlüssig und drehsicher verrastbar ist, während das zweite Teil 4 des Haltergehäuses mit der anderen Hälfte 35 eines Türscharnieres 34 vermittels einer in einem radialen Ausleger bzw. einer radialen Auskragung 38 angeordneten Verschraubung bzw. Verbolzung drehsicher an der anderen Scharnierhälfte 35 festlegbar ist.
