Description
Die Erfindung befrifft einen Kraftwagentürfeststeller.The invention relates to a motor vehicle door arrester.
Kraftwagentürfeststeller sind in einer Vielzahl von Ausführungsformen und innerhalb
der verschiedenen Ausführungsformen auch in den unterschie dlichsten
Ausgestaltungsformen bekannt. Dabei ist eine erste Ausführungsform im Wesentlichen
durch eine am einen Türanordnungsteil um eine zur Türscharnierachse
parallele Achse schwenkbar angeschlagene Türhaltestange und ein am
anderen Türanordnungsteil feststehend angeordnetes und mit federbelasteten,
mit Rastmarken an der Türhaltestange zusammenwirkenden Brems-bzw. Haltekörpern
ausgestattetes Haltergehäuse gekennzeichnet. Kraftwagentürfeststeller
dieser Bauart sind mit einer Reihe von Unzulänglichkeiten behaftet, denen
durch teils aufwendige Maßnahmen begegnet werden muß. Insbesondere resultiert
aus einer als Folge der jeweiligen Einbauverhältnisse in einer Fahrzeugkarosserie
möglichen Verkantung der Türhaltestange gegenüber dem Haltergehäuse
bzw. den in diesem angeordneten Brems-bzw. Haltekörpern eine erhebliche
Gefahr einer Geräuschentwicklung, welche nur durch besondere Maßnahmen
beseitigbar ist.
Bei einer anderen bekannten und gebräuchlichen Bauart von Kraftwagentürfeststellern
wirkt eine am einen Türanordnungsteil eingespannte Drehstabfeder
über eine an ihrem freien Ende angeordnete bzw. gelagerte Rastrolle mit einem
seinerseits am anderen Türanordnungsteil befestigten und sich radial zu seiner
Anschlagbasis erstreckenden Rastensegment zusammen, in der Weise, daß die
Brems-bzw. Haltekraft des Türfeststellers aus dem Verdrehwiderstand der Torsionsfeder
abgeleitet ist. Auch bei Türfeststellern dieser Bauart sind besondere
und teilweise auch aufwendige Maßnahmen erforderlich, um einen möglichst
geräuschfreien Gang des in ein Fahrzeug eingebauten Türfeststellers zu gewährleisten.
Beiden bekannten Systemen von Kraftwagentürfeststellern gemeinsam ist jedoch,
daß sie jeweils bei unter einer Vorspannung stehender Feder der ihre
Brems-bzw. Haltemittel beaufschlagenden Federlast in die Fahrzeugkarosserie
eingebaut werden müssen, was naturgemäß eine gewisse Erschwernis des Einbaues
mit sich bringt.
Unabhängig von durch besondere Einzelausgestaltungen weitgehend vermeidbaren
Nachteilen, wie beispielsweise Geräuschentwicklung oder dergl., haftet
jedoch jeder der bekannten Bauarten von Kraftwagentürfeststellern der Nachteil
eines besonderen Bedarfes an Einbauraum an, sei es hinsichtlich eines für
die Unterbringung eines Rastensegmentes erforderlichen Mindestabstandes
zwischen Türe und Türsäule oder sei es hinsichtlich eines erforderlichen Überlaufraumes

Bei der in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten Ausführungsform besteht der
Kraftwagentürfeststeller im Wesentlichen aus zwei wechselweise an der Tür 1
und der Türsäule 2 anschlagbaren Teilen 3 und 4, die zur Bildung eines Haltergehäuses
jeweils topfförmig gestaltet und einander übergreifend ausgebildet
sind, in der Weise, daß das eine Teil 3 einen axial gerichteten Kragen 5 aufweist,
welcher einen gleichfalls axial gerichteten Vorsprung 6 des anderen Teiles
4 übergreift. Die beiden Teile 3 und 4 des Haltergehäuses weisen jeweils eine
Innenumfangsverzahnung 7 bzw. 8 auf, mit welchen ein durch einen außenumfangsverzahnten
Ringkörper gebildete Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9 zusammenwirkt.
Das Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9 ist auf einem über Lagerbuchsen 10 und
11 um eine zur Achse des Haltergehäuses konzentrische Achse 12 drehbar im
jeweiligen Bodenteil 13 bzw. 14 der das Haltergehäuse bildenden, topfförmigen
Teile 3 und 4 aufgenommenen bzw. gelagerten und in Abhängigkeit von einem
vorgegebenen Türöffnungswinkel verstellbaren Excenter 15 angeordnet. Im gezeigten
Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9 unter Zwischenschaltung
eines Ringes 16 aus Reibmaterial, insbesondere Bremsbelagmaterial,
auf dem verstellbaren Excenter 15 angeordnet. Die Innenumfangsverzahnungen
7 bzw. 8 der beiden topfförmig gestalteten Teile 3 und 4 des Haltergehäuses weisen
jeweils gleiche Wälzkreisdurchmesser aber unterschiedliche Zähnezahlen
auf, insbesondere ist die Innenumfangsverzahnung 7 des in Abhängigkeit von
der Türbewegung angetriebenen Teiles 3 des Haltergehäuses bei gleichem
Wälzkreisdurchmesser um wenigstens einen Zahn größer oder kleiner als die
Innenumfangsverzahnung 8 des anderen Teiles 4 des Haltergehäuses.
Der das Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9 bildende Ringkörper ist zusammen mit dem
Ring 16 aus einem Reibmaterial vermittels eines seinerseits in radialer Richtung
federbelasteten Druckringes 17 auf dem Excenter 13 gelagert, wobei die
radial gerichtete Federbelastung des das Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9 bildenden
Ringkörpers durch einen innerhalb des Excenters 15 in radialer Richtung verschieblich
angeordneten und durch eine Druckfeder 18 beaufschlagten Druckbolzen
19 gebildet ist. Von den beiden Teilen 3 und 4 des Haltergehäuses ist das
eine Teil 3 vermittels eines nur andeutungsweise dargestellten Auslegers 20 an
das eine Türanordnungsteil, hier die Türe 1, angeschlossen und ist das andere
Teil 4 in einer im einzelnen nicht gezeigten Weise unmittelbar am anderen Türanordnungsteil,
hier der Türsäule 2, befestigt. Der Excenter 15 ist in axialer
Verlängerung eines weiteren, im Einzelnen nicht dargestellten Teiles der Türanlenkung,

Bei der in Fig. 3 bis 5 dargestellten, von den Türscharnieren unabhängig
gestalteten Ausführungsform eines Kraftwagentürfeststellers ist die eine
Hälfte 3 des im übrigen entsprechend demjenigen nach Fig. 1 und 2 aufgebauten
bzw. ausgebildeten Haltergehäuses über einen Ausleger 21 und eine Koppelstange
22 am einen Türanordnungsteil, hier die Türsäule 2, angeschlossen,
während die andere Hälfte 4 des Haltergehäuses vermittels einer Befestigungsbasis
24 unmittelbar am anderen Türanordnungsteil, hier der Türe 1,
befestigt ist. Die Koppelstange 22 ist dabei um zueinander und zur Haltergehäuseachse
12 parallele Achsen 26 und 27 einerseits am Ausleger 21 und andererseits
an einem Lagerbock 28 angelenkt. Der das Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9
bildende Ringkörper ist hierbei lediglich unter Zwischenschaltung eines Ringes
16 aus einem Reibmaterial auf dem Excenter 15 angeordnet. Der Feststellung
des auch bei dieser Ausführungsform über Lagerbuchsen 10 und 11 um eine zur
Achse des Haltergehäuses konzentrische Achse 12 drehbar im jeweiligen Bodenteil
13 bzw. 14 der das Haltergehäuse bildenden, topfförmigen Teile 3 und 4
aufgenommenen bzw. gelagerten Excenters 15 ist eine aus einem Bremskonus
29 und einer Bremsscheibe 30 bestehende Konusbremse zugeordnet, welche
vermittels einer in der Zeichnung im Einzelnen nicht näher dargestellten elektromotorischen
Ein-bzw. Ausrückeinrichtung 31 insbesondere in Abhängigkeit
von wenigstens einem vorgegebenen Türöffnungswinkel ansteuerbar ist und eine
Festsetzung des Excenters 15 gegenüber wenigstens dem drehangetriebenen
Teil 3 des Haltergehäuses bewirkt. Die dem Excenter 15 zugeordnete Konusbremse
29,30 ist zusammen mit der ihr zugeordneten elektromotorischen Ein-bzw.
Ausrückeinrichtung 31 in einem eigenen, auf das Haltergehäuse aufsetzbaren

Bei der in Fig. 6 und 7 dargestellten Ausführungsform umfaßt der Türfeststeller
gleichfalls ein aus zwei, wechselweise mit der Tür 1 und der Türsäule
2 verbundenen, jeweils topfförmig gestalteten und einander übergreifenden sowie
jeweils mit einer Innenumfangsverzahnung 7 bzw. 8 versehenen Teilen 3
und 4 bestehendes Haltergehäuse und ein durch einen außenumfangsverzahnten
Ringkörper gebildetes Brems-bzw. Feststellteil 9, wobei das Brems-bzw.
Feststellteil 9 auf einem über Lagerbuchsen 10 und 11 um eine zur Achse des
Haltergehäuses konzentrische Achse 12 drehbar im jeweiligen Bodenteil 13 bzw.
14 der das Haltergehäuse bildenden, topfförmigen Teile 3 und 4 aufgenommenen
bzw. gelagerten Excenter 15 angeordnet ist.
Der Feststellung des auch bei dieser Ausführungsform über Lagerbuchsen 10
und 11 um eine zur Achse des Haltergehäuses konzentrische Achse 12 drehbar
im jeweiligen Bodenteil 13 bzw. 14 der das Haltergehäuse bildenden, topfförmigen
Teile 3 und 4 aufgenommenen bzw. gelagerten Excenters 15 ist gleichfalls
eine aus einem Bremskonus 29 und einer Bremsscheibe 30 bestehende Konusbremse
zugeordnet, welche vermittels einer in der Zeichnung im Einzelnen nicht
näher dargestellten elektromotorischen Ein-bzw. Ausrückeinrichtung 31 insbesondere
in Abhängigkeit von wenigstens einem vorgegebenen Türöffnungswinkel
ansteuerbar ist und eine Festsetzung des Excenters 15 gegenüber wenigstens
dem drehangetriebenen Teil 3 des Haltergehäuses bewirkt. Die dem
Excenter 15 zugeordnete Konusbremse 29,30 ist auch bei dieser Ausführungsform
zusammen mit der ihr zugeordneten elektromotorischen Ein-bzw. Ausrükkeinrichtung
31 in einem eigenen, auf das eine Teil 3 des Haltergehäuses aufgesetzten
Gehäuse 32 untergebracht bzw. aufgenommen.
Die in Fig. 6 und 7 gezeigte Gestaltungsform erlaubt eine baukastenartige
Verbindung des Türfeststellers mit einem Kraftwagentürscharnier. Hierzu
ist vorgesehen, daß das eine Teil 3 des Haltergehäuses mit der einen Hälfte 33
eines Türscharnieres 34 und das zweite Teil 4 des Haltergehäuses mit der anderen
Hälfte 35 eines Türscharnieres 34 verbindbar ist, indem die eine Hälfte 3
des Haltergehäuses nach Art einer Steckverbindung über radial ausladende
Vorsprünge 36 mit zugehörigen Ausnehmungen 37 in der einen Scharnierhälfte
33 formschlüssig und drehsicher verrastbar ist, während das zweite Teil 4 des
Haltergehäuses mit der anderen Hälfte 35 eines Türscharnieres 34 vermittels
einer in einem radialen Ausleger bzw. einer radialen Auskragung 38 angeordneten
Verschraubung bzw. Verbolzung drehsicher an der anderen Scharnierhälfte

- Motor vehicle door arrester, composed of
a first part (3) which can be mounted on one of the two door (1) and door pillar (2) door arrangement parts, and of a second part (4) which can be mounted on the other of the door arrangement parts (1, 2), both of which parts (3, 4) are embodied concentrically as hollow rotational elements with toothing (7, 8) on the internal circumference, or as segments thereof, with the same rolling circle diameters, and form a mount housing, the two mountable parts (3, 4) being rotatable relative to one another about a common axis (12) as a function of the movement of the door, and
of a braking or arresting part (9), which interacts with the two parts (3, 4) and which is embodied as an annular element with toothing on the circumference, the braking or arresting part (9) being adjustable with respect to the two parts (3, 4) and the interaction of the external toothing of the braking or arresting part (9) with the respective internal toothing (7, 8) of the mountable parts (3, 4) defining a form-fitting engagement,
the toothing on the external circumference of the first and second parts (3, 4) having a different number of teeth, and the braking or arresting part (9) which is embodied with a diameter which is smaller than that of the parts (3, 4), being capable of rotating about an axis which is parallel to the axis (12) of the mount housing and being arranged on an eccentric (15) which permits arresting as a function of any desired door opening angle or a predefined door opening angle by arresting the eccentric (15) with respect to at least one of the mountable parts (3, 4) and makes possible the resulting neutralization of the relative movement of the two mountable parts (3, 4) with respect to one another. - Motor vehicle door arrester according to Claim 1, characterized in that the two parts (3, 4) forming the mount housing are each formed with a pot shape and are embodied so that one engages over the other.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the braking or arresting part (9) is supported on the adjustable eccentric (15) with the intermediate connection of a ring (16) made of frictional material, in particular brake-lining material.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the toothing on the internal circumference of the driven part (3) of the mount housing is larger or smaller by at least one tooth than the toothing on the internal circumference of the other part (4) of the mount housing while having the same rolling circle diameter.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the braking or arresting part (9) is supported on the eccentric (15) by means of a thrust collar (17) which is spring-loaded in the radial direction.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to Claim 5, characterized in that the radially directed loading of the annular element which forms the braking or arresting part (9) is formed by means of a thrust bolt (19) which is arranged within the eccentric (15) so as to be displaceable in the axial direction and is acted on by a compression spring (18).
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the eccentric (15) which is assigned to the adjustment of the braking or arresting part (9) is coupled, secured against rotation, to a hinge axle or a hinge pin.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the eccentric (15) which is assigned to the adjustment of the braking or arresting part (9) is connected to, or is formed so as to be integral with, a rotary drive or similar adjusting device.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that one part (3) of the mount housing is driven in rotation, as a function of the movement of the door, by means of a coupling rod (22) which is coupled about axes parallel to the axis (12) of the mount housing, at one end, to the part (3) of the mount housing and, at the other end, to the other door arrangement part (2).
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to Claim 9, characterized in that, by means of a radial extension arm (21), the part (3) of the mount housing which is driven in rotation has a drive connection, as a function of the movement of the door, to the coupling rod (22) which is coupled at the other end to the other door arrangement part (2) about an axis which is parallel with the axis (12) of the mount housing.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the eccentric (15) which is assigned to the adjustment of the braking or arresting part (9) is supported in a freely rotatable fashion in the respective base part (4) of the two pot-shaped halves (3, 4) of the mount housing and can be arrested by means of a driveable braking device (29-31) at any desired or predefined door opening angles.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the brake device (29-31) which is assigned to the eccentric (15) which is assigned to the adjustment of the braking or arresting part is formed by a cone brake (29, 30) which is coupled thereto secured against rotation, in particular by means of a polygonal coupling, and can be engaged by means of a driveable electromotive drive, in particular an electromagnet.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to Claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the braking or arresting device (29-31) which is assigned to the eccentric (15) is accommodated or held in its own housing (32) which is fitted onto the mount housing.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that it can be connected to a motor vehicle door hinge (35).
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to Claim 14, characterized in that a first part (3) of the mount housing can be connected to one half (33) of a door hinge, and a second part (4) of the mount housing can be connected to the other half (34) of a door hinge.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to Claim 15, characterized in that at least one part (3) of the mount housing can be locked secured against rotation to associated recesses (37) in one (33) of the two hinge halves (33, 34) by means of radially protruding projections (36) or the like.
- Motor vehicle door arrester according to one of Claims 1 to 16, characterized in that, in conjunction with locking, which is secure against rotation, of the one part (3) of the mount housing to one (33) of the hinge halves of a motor vehicle door hinge, the other half (4) of the mount housing can be fixed secured against rotation to the other half (34) of the hinge by means of a radially directed extension arm.
