Claims (11)

  1. Holding element for a lid pivotable relative to a receptacle, comprising
    a base element (1),
    a setting arm (2), which is pivotably attached on the base element (1) around a first pivoting axis (S1) between a closed position and an open position, as well as
    spring means (3), supported on the base element (1),
    characterised in
    that the spring means (3) are only supported on the setting arm (2) along a pivot path of the setting arm (2) from the closed position to an intermediate position and act on the setting arm (2) in direction towards the intermediate position and for that are supported in a first circumferential direction on a support face (21) provided on the setting arm (2), and
    that the spring means are supported and held along a pivot path of the setting arm (2) from the intermediate position to the open position in the first circumferential direction on an abutment (19) of the base element (1) and enable a free-wheeling of the setting arm (2).
  2. Holding element according to claim 1,
    characterised in
    that the spring means (3) comprise a helical spring or a leg spring.
  3. Holding element according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in
    that the spring means (3) are biased in the intermediate position of the setting arm (2).
  4. Holding element according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in
    that the base element (1) has a cylindrical centring projection (6), around which the spring means (3) are arranged.
  5. Holding element according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in
    that the spring means (3) are secured with a first end in an attachment receptacle (17) of the base element (1).
  6. Holding element according to claim 5,
    characterised in
    that several attachment receptacles (17) are provided, which are arranged over the circumference around the first pivoting axis (S1), and in which the spring means (3) can selectively be secured.
  7. Holding element according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in
    that a fitting member (26) is provided, which is attachable to the lid (33), and that the setting arm (2) is pivotably attached at its end facing away from the first pivoting axis to the fitting member (26) around a first lid axis (D1).
  8. Holding element according to claim 7,
    characterised in
    that a control arm (29) is provided, which pivotably connected to the base element (1) around a second pivoting axis (S2) arranged parallel to the first pivoting axis (S1), and
    that the control arm (29) is pivotably connected to the fitting member (26) around a second lid axis (D2) arranged parallel to the first lid axis (D1).
  9. Holding element according to claim 8,
    characterised in
    that a first line of force action (K1) from the first pivoting axis (S1) to the first lid axis (D1) crosses a second line of force action (K2) from the second pivoting axis (S2) to the second lid axis (D2) in the open position of the setting arm (2).
  10. Holding element according to claim 9,
    characterised in
    that the lines of force action (K1, K2) are arranged angular to each other in the closed position of the setting arm (2) and do not intersect each other.
  11. Holding element according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in
    that a locking device (34) is provided, which holds the setting arm (2) against the force of the spring means (3) in the closed position.
