Claims (11)

  1. Schalldämpfer für den Auspuff eines Verbrennungsmotors mit einer auf ihrer ganzen Länge perforierten Düse (1), die von einer koaxialen Hülle umgeben ist, die von einem vorderen Teil (2) und einem konischen hinteren Teil (3) gebildet wird, wobei die Düse eine Geometrie mit mehreren Kegeln bildet, die die Funktion haben, ein großes Volumen zu bilden und mindestens ein System zum Beschleunigen des Stroms der Auspuffgase mindestens auf einem Teil ihres Wegs zu schaffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Teil (2) der äußeren Hülle zylindrisch oder konisch ist, und dadurch, dass die Düse (1) und die Hülle (2), (3) einen vom Hals (6) bis zu dem hinteren Teil (3) durchgehenden ringförmigen Raum bilden, in dem die Gase hindurchtreten, die über ein Austrittsrohr austreten, das die Abführ der Gase gestattet und die Bildung von Gegendrücke erzeugenden Turbulenzen vermeidet.
  2. Schalldämpfer für den Auspuff eines Verbrennungsmotors nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er keine Umlenkorgane aufweist und dass der Raum zwischen der Düse und der Hülle mit einer Wolle (4) gefüllt ist, die im hinteren Teil durch eine perforierte Platte oder Trennwand (6 BIS) gehalten ist, die die Gase an ihrem Umfang durch die Perforationen und in ihrer Mitte am Düsenaustritt hindurchtreten lässt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse von einem oder mehreren Kegeln, Gegenkegeln (5) und Zylinder in einem Stück gebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System zum Beschleunigen des Stroms der Auspuffgase ein System vom Typ "Venturi" ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforationen der Düse aus abwechselnden Löchern mit von einer Reihe zur anderen verschiedenen Durchmessern bestehen, wobei die Anzahl und die Größe der Perforationen an den Hubraum des Verbrennungsmotors angepasst sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle von einem vorderen Teil, der an der Düse am Hals (6) angeschweißt ist, und von einem abnehmbaren konischen hinteren Teil gebildet ist, wobei die aneinanderstoßenden Ränder dieser beiden Teile mit zwei Nuten gesickt sind, um eine schnelle Demontage und Montage zu gestatten.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düse in die vordere äußere Hülle (2) am Hals (6) eingesteckt ist und an einer perforierten Querwand (6 BIS) angeschweißt ist, die ihrerseits am vorderen Teil (2) der äußeren Hülle und am hinteren Teil (3) der äußeren Hülle angeschraubt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Teil (3) der koaxialen Hülle mit einem schrägen Austrittsrohr endet, das die Abfuhr der Gase nach unten gestattet.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie an dem Auspuff eines Flugzeugmotors oder eines anderen Verbrennungsmotortyps montiert ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit Düse-Hülle aus einem Blech aus rostfreiem Austenitstahl hergestellt ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raum zwischen der Düse und der Hülle mit einer Wolle aus rostfreiem Austenitstahl gefüllt ist.
