Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Wärmebehandeln von durchlaufenden Warenbahnen durch Aufblasen von Heißdampfmit einem als dichte Dampfglocke ausgebildeten Gehäuse (1), welches Stirnwände (2, 3), Seitenwände (4, 5), eine Decke (6) und einen Boden (7) aufweist und mindestens eine Kammer umfaßt (9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14), ausgestattet miteinem Gebläse (32), welches über eine Welle (33) mit einem außerhalb des Gehäuses (1) angeordneten Antrieb (34) gekoppelt ist,Düsenkästen (24, 25) mit auf die Warenbahn (18) zielenden Düsenöffnungen undeinem Erhitzer (38), der an Leitungen (39) zum Zuführen von gasförmigen oder flüssigen Substanzen angeschlossen ist,mit einem im Boden (7) des Gehäuses (1) angebrachten Einlaufschlitz (19) und einem ebenfalls im Boden (7) angebrachten Auslaufschlitz (21)und mit Einrichtungen (15) zum Fördern oder Führen der zu behandelnden Warenbahn (18) in Längsrichtung durch das Gehäuse (1),
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) mehrere aneinandergereihte Kammern (9 bis 14) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung zwei Spannketten (15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Leitung (40) zum Einblasen von Dampf den Boden (7) durchdringt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens ein im Umwälzstrom angeordnetes Sieb (37), welches durch eine Öffnung des Bodens (7) herausnehmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Boden (7) Einstiegluken (42) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:die Düsenkästen (24, 25) stehen einströmseitig mit einem Schacht (28) in Verbindung, der von einer Seitenwand (4) des Gehäuses (1) begrenzt ist;die Düsenkästen (24, 25) sind von einem Sammelraum (29) umgeben, der durch einen Zwischenboden (30) von einem dem Boden (7) benachbarten, in den Schacht (28) einmündenden Strömungskabal (31) getrennt ist;an der anderen Seitenwand (5) ist das Gebläse (32) angeordnet, und zwar ein radiales Gebläse, welches saugseitig über eine Öffnung des Zwischenbodens (30) mit dem Sammelraum (29) und druckseitig mit dem Strömungskanal (31) in Verbindung steht.
