Definitions
- the invention relates to a lock with an electro-mechanical, for example by an electromagnet or by an electric motor, and / or by a key operated mechanical locking mechanism operated bolt.
- Such locks are known in various designs. So shows for example DE 39 38 655 A1 a security lock with a bolt and a special trap, which is electromechanically and individually by means of a Pusher or key can be moved out of their locked position. From the DE 27 27 882 A1 a lock is also known, both a trap and a bolt connected to it and provided with a ramp having. About the bevels of the latch and bolt is when closing a spring-loaded locking device with a door equipped with the lock biased when actuating a programmable coding device can be unlocked via an electromagnet and both the trap and the Pulls back.
- GB-A-2 277 349 shows a lock with a key or manually operated bolt, which is designed as a latch bolt with a ramp and is blocked in the extended blocking position by a locking slide, which in turn is guided by a movable one parallel to the bolt and also can be actuated with a ramp wedge. An actuation this bolt by an electromagnet or an electric motor is not intended.
- the invention has for its object to develop a lock of the type described in such a way that a door provided with such a lock can be closed by simply pressing it even when the bolt is pushed out, without impairing security or allowing manipulation.
- the solution to this problem by the invention is characterized in that in a lock with a latch provided as a latch bolt with a ramp and with a ramp also provided with a ramp which actuates a locking slide blocking the bolt in the extended locking position, the ramp of the control wedge hits the striking plate arranged on the door frame when the door closes in time before the run-up slope of the bolt.
- the locking slide is transverse to Movement direction of latch and control wedge movable, i.e. slidable or pivotally mounted on the lock housing and with one with a Stop surface on the bolt interacting locking pin and with a Control nose provided with at least one formed on the control wedge Control curve interacts.
- the blocking position of the gate valve are monitored by a limit switch.
- the trigger element longitudinally guided on the bolt shaft and with a stop pin for the retraction lever as well as with a control surface for one on the locking slide arranged driving pin. This will make it easy Means an inevitable interaction of these components.
- the retraction movement of the Riegel over the release element located in its rear end position causes.
- the invention proposes the end positions of the Riegel also to be monitored by a limit switch.
- the castle shown in the view without a castle ceiling includes a Lock plate 1, with a faceplate 1a and a total of four threaded bushings 1b is provided for fastening the castle ceiling, not shown.
- a bolt 2 is slidably mounted with his Bolt head 2a in a recess of the face plate 1a and by means of an elongated hole is guided longitudinally on a bearing pin 1 c, which is arranged on the lock plate 1 is.
- the bolt 2 is through a run-on slope 2b on the bolt head 2a designed as a latch bolt.
- the latch head 2a of the Bolt 2 in a recess of a striking plate 3, which according to FIGS. 9 and 10 is attached to a door frame 4.
- the latch 2 can be actuated either electro-mechanically or by a key operated mechanical locking mechanism. With that on the The embodiment shown in the drawings is for electro-mechanical Actuation provided a solenoid 5.
- the mechanical locking mechanism includes a set of height-adjustable locking tumblers arranged on the lock plate 1 6 and an associated set of convertible locking devices 7 which are also height-adjustable on a tumbler shaft 8 and cooperate with a retaining pin 1d arranged on the lock plate 1.
- a locking slide 11 is provided which is transverse to the direction of movement of the bolt 2 by means of elongated holes on bearing pins 1f of the lock plate 1 is slidably mounted.
- This locking slide 11 carries on its underside a locking pin 11a, which cooperates with a projection 2d of the bolt 2.
- a trigger element 12 is provided, this in turn via elongated holes on the driving mandrel 2c on the one hand and on the other hand on a bearing pin 2e of the bolt 2 on this in the longitudinal direction the same is movably mounted.
- the trigger element 12 is with a control surface 12a for a driving pin arranged on the locking slide 11 11b so that a relative movement of the trigger element 12 to the bolt 2, a movement of the locking slide 11 takes place, the locking pin 11a moved out of the range of motion of the projection 2d, so that the latch 2 can be moved between its end positions.
- a stop mandrel 12b is arranged on the trigger element 12, which when the retraction lever 10 is pivoted clockwise timed before the driving mandrel 2c of the bolt 2 by the retraction lever 10 is so that with an electro-mechanical retraction movement of the bolt 2nd first the locking slide 11 is raised and thus the locking between Locking pin 11a and projection 2d is lifted before over the driving pin 2c a retraction force is exerted on the bolt 2.
- a limit switch 13 is provided. Through a further limit switch 14 also monitors the respective position of the locking slide 11.
- Control wedge 15 in function, which is arranged parallel to the bolt 2 and likewise like this with its head 15a in a recess of the faceplate 1a and by means of a slot on a bearing pin 1g of the lock plate 1 longitudinally movable is stored.
- the control wedge 15 is also with a run-up slope 15b formed and loaded by a compression spring 16 in the extension direction.
- FIG. 6 shows one in one Key guide hole 1h inserted in the lock plate 1 (see Fig. 1) Key S1, which - when properly closed, i.e. Design of the key bit - Via the tumbler channels 6a, the locking tumblers 6 at one Rotation thus raised from the initial position shown in FIG. 1 has that their coupling projections 6b exactly in front of the coupling recesses 7a of the locking tumblers 7 fixed on the bearing pin 1g were.
- Locking tumblers 7 could be turned by turning the key S1 via the tumbler end 8a of the tumbler shaft 8 with those arranged on it Locking tumblers 7 from that shown in FIG. 1 to that shown in FIG. 6 Position to be withdrawn.
- the guard locking shaft took 8 with a driving mandrel 8b with the retraction lever 10, which has a limited Swiveled clockwise. This swivel movement led to a withdrawal movement of the trigger element via the stop mandrel 12b 12, which in turn raised the locking slide 11 and thus the Release latch 2 for a retraction movement.
- the lock with an adjustable Locking mechanism is equipped, the key S1 in the position according to Fig. 6 deducted and replaced by another key, so that when locking the lock the locking tumblers 7 with a new one Closure can be placed on the holding pin 1d. An opening of the lock is then only with a key that has the new lock possible.
- a switch 17 is provided in the lock by a movable only from a key S2 with a suitable lock Part of the tumbler is actuated.
- this switch 17 is retracted as shown in FIG. 5 of the tumbler shaft 8 operated.
- the circuit of the Switch 17 is open in the locked position of the lock according to FIG. 1, already causes a slight retraction of the tumbler shaft 8 according to Fig. 5 a closing of the circuit, so that the switch 17 of the Solenoid 5 can be energized to the previously described electro-magnetic transfer of the lock from its locked position into the Achieve release position.
- This slight withdrawal of the tumbler shaft 8 from the starting position 1 in the position shown in FIG. 5 is a Key S2 used in FIG. 11.
- This key S2 has the same Closure, i.e. the same double-sided key bit as the key S1 12, in the purely mechanical actuation explained above of the castle has been used.
- the key S2 thus a proper lifting of the tumblers 6, so that when Turning the key S2 further interacts with the locking tumblers 6 with the locking tumblers 7 and the tumbler shaft 8 over his Guard locking 8a with the aid of the key S2 in that shown in Fig. 5 Position can be withdrawn, in which the switch 17 energizes the Solenoid 5 triggers.
- a further withdrawal of the tumbler shaft 8 the key S2 prevents that on the lock plate 1 A pin-shaped stop 1i is provided in the region of the tumbler channels 6a which prevents the key S2 from turning further.
- the key S2 can therefore only be used for electro-mechanical actuation of the Lock are used; a purely mechanical withdrawal of the bolt 2 is not possible using key S2.
- this key is S1 12 with a recess a corresponding to the stop 1i.
- Switch 17 thus enables an electro-mechanical actuation of the lock via the solenoid 5, without the opening through a remote one hand Central or by a full mechanical actuation of the tumbler must be done.
- the above-described configuration of the Latch 2 as a latch bolt with a ramp 2b enables one Closing the door by simply pushing it shut. Because the electro-mechanical Actuation of the lock with the key S2 presupposes that this Key S2 has the correct lock, the electro-mechanical actuation takes place of the castle on site with the same security as that purely mechanical actuation using the S1 key.
- the construction described enables a separation between the to the mechanical tumbler belonging driving mandrel 8b and the retraction lever 10 in electromechanical Activity and, on the other hand, creates an indirect, through which Retraction lever 10 connection between the mechanical tumbler and the bolt 2 with purely mechanical actuation of the lock using the key S1.
- FIGS. 8 to 10 a second one that can be operated from the other side of the door Arrange locking mechanism, as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10.
- the tumbler shaft 8 'according Fig. 8 provided with a driving mandrel 18a via an angle piece 18 is, which protrudes through a recess 1k in the lock plate 1 and also how the driving mandrel 8b interacts with the retraction lever 10.
- the door can be either electro-mechanical by either lock as well as being opened mechanically, the two Locks can have the same or a different lock; in In both cases, the keys S1 and S2 can be used with asymmetrical key rings be carried out.
