Die Erfindung geht von der Erkenntnis aus, daß die Frische von Obst und Gemüse im hohen Maße vom Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der Umgebungsluft und von einem gleichmäßigen Kühltemperaturniveau im Lagerbereich abhängt, wodurch vor allem ein Austrocknen der Ware möglichst verhindert wird. Die als Aufnahmewanne dimensionierte Kühltruhe bietet nun wie eine übliche Aufnahmewanne ausreichend Platz zum Einsetzen der genormten Obst- und Gemüsekisten, so daß die Ware in herkömmlicher Art angeboten werden kann und lediglich ein durchsichtiger Deckel den Zugriff erst nach dessen Öffnen freigibt. Innerhalb dieser Kühltruhe kann sich aber ein gewünschtes Frischhalteklima mit einer statischen Kühlung entwickeln, wobei die fehlende Luftumwälzung die Feuchtigkeit innerhalb des Truhenkörpers hält und ein Austrocknen der Ware unterbindet. Die ungleichmäßig verteilten Kühlschlangen kühlen im ansteigenden, hinteren Truhenbereich, wodurch die abgekühlte Luft langsam dem Boden entlang abwärts in den vorderen Truhenbereich absinkt und zu einer kaum merkbaren, aber die Gleichmäßigkeit der Temperatur mit sich bringenden Luftzirkulation führt. Die kühlschlangenfreien Wandungsteile im vorderen Truhenbereich vermeiden ein Überkühlen des vorderen Lagerraumbereiches und sorgen damit für die gewünschte gleichmäßige Temperaturverteilung. Die Anordnung der wannenförmigen Kühltruhe als schräggeneigte Aufnahmewanne mit der an diese Schrägneigung speziell angepaßten Kühlung bringt auf überraschende Weise eine wesentliche Steigerung der Lagerfähigkeit von Obst und Gemüse mit sich, so daß die Ware als Frischware einwandfrei nicht nur einen, sondern bis zu 3 und 4 Tage angeboten werden kann und sich dadurch der Ausschußanteil sehr gering halten läßt. Grundsätzlich können die Kühlschlangen in beliebiger Anordnung verlegt sein, wenn sie unter Berücksichtigung der Kälteströmung bei geneigter Kühltruhe die gleichmäßige Kühltemperatur mit sich bringen. So könnten die Kühlschlangen mit vorwärts abnehmender Flächendichte über den Boden verteilt sein, doch müssen die Kühlschlangen im wesentlichen in der hinteren Hälfte des Truhenkörperbodens und in der Truhenkörperrückwand verlegt sein. Dabei kann die gewünschte gleichmäßige Temperaturverteilung mit herkömmlichen Kühlschlangen, die sich auf diese Wandungsbereiche beschränken, erreicht werden. Längsseite der Schiebeteile über Lagerzapfen 18 in zur Laufschiene 16
normalen Führungsschlitzen 19 einer Stützschiene 20 und lassen sich über eine
mit dem Betätigungsgriff 17 schiebeverstellbare Betätigungsschiene 21, die mit
Keilflächen 22, vorzugsweise zwei gegensinnig zueinander geneigte Keilflächen,
an den Lagerzapfen 18 angreifen, hubverstellen. Zur Verbindung des leistenförmigen
Betätigungsgriffes 17 mit den beidseitigen Betätigungsschienen 20 ist
der Betätigungsgriff 17 über Mitnehmerhebel 23 schwenkverstellbar an einem
Widerlager 24 der Stützschienen 20 angelenkt, welche Hebel 23 die Betätigungsschienen
21 durch Mitnahmeöffnungen 25 durchsetzen, so daß die
Schwenkbewegung des Betätigungsgriffes 17 über die Mitnehmerhebel 23 in
eine Schiebebewegung der Betätigungsschienen 21 umgewandelt wird. Auf
Grund des Zusammenwirkens der Keilflächen 22, Lagerzapfen 18 und
Führungsschlitze 19 werden dabei die Laufrollen 15 aus einer angehobenen,
nichttragenden Freistellung in eine tragende Stützstellung niedergedrückt, in der
sie ihre Stützfunktion ausüben und ein leichtgängiges Veschieben der
Schiebeteile erlauben. Allerdings sind die Schiebeteile 14 nur bei bewußter
Betätigung des Betätigungsgriffes 17 leichtgängig bewegbar, bei Loslassen des
Betätigungsgriffes 17 hingegen liegen die Stützschienen 20 mit dem gesamten
Schiebeteilgewicht auf den Laufschienen 16 auf und blockieren eine weitere
Schiebteilbewegung, was von vornherein mögliche Verletzungen durch
ungeschicktes Hantieren der Schiebeteile zu verhindern hilft.The
Claims (4)
- A display case (1) for fruit and vegetables with a forwardly inclined reception trough for the accommodation of fruit and vegetable crates (5), said trough being built on a support frame (2), characterised in that the reception trough, which is forwardly inclined in the position of use, is constructed as a refrigerated chest (3) with a trough-shaped chest body (4) and a transparent lid (6) and flexible refrigerating pipes (8) laid along the chest body wall (9) and connected to a refrigerating unit (7), the flexible refrigerating hoses (8) being laid substantially in the rear half (11) of the chest body base (12) and in the chest body back wall (13).
- A display case (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the lid (6) comprises sliding parts (14) which are supported by means of rollers (15) on rails (16) of the chest body (4), the rollers (15) being mounted to be liftable and being adapted to be pressed down out of a lifted free position into a lowered support position via an actuating handle (17).
- A display case (1) according to claim 2, characterised in that the rollers (15) are mounted by journals (18) in guide slots (19) of a support rail (20), said guide slots being at right angles to the rail (16), and are movable out of the free position into the support position along the guide slots (19) by means of wedge surfaces (22) of an actuating rail (21) slidable in the longitudinal direction of the support rail by means of the actuating handle (17), said wedge surfaces (22) acting on the journals (18).
- A display case (1) according to claim 3, characterised in that the actuating handle (17) acts on the actuating rails (25) by means of driver levers (23) pivotally articulated on the support rails (20), the journal (18) of each roller (15) preferably having an associated pair of wedge surfaces (22) inclined in opposite directions.
