Claims (19)
- Maschine zur Herstellung einer kontinuierlichen Bahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Anzahl von Walzen, um die die Bahn herumgeführt wird, gekennzeichnet durch einen im Bereich des Randes der Bahn (7) angeordneten Störkörper (21), der zur Vermeidung von Turbulenzen in einem Abstand zu einem freien Zug (9;11) der Bahn (7) angeordnet ist und sich zumindest über einen Bereich des freien Zuges in Transportrichtung der Bahn (7) und/oder quer zur Transportrichtung der Bahn (7) erstreckt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Störkörper (21) mindestens ein Störkörperelement (23) aufweist, das im Bereich der von der Bahn (7) mitgeführten Luft-Grenzschicht angeordnet ist und das sich -quer zur Transportrichtung der Bahn (7) gesehen- zumindest über den Randbereich der Bahn (7) erstreckt.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Störkörper (21) als passiver Luftleitkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Störkörperelement (23) beweglich gelagert ist, so daß der Abstand zur Bahn (7) und zu den den freien Zug (9;11) begrenzenden Berührungspunkten zwischen Bahn (7) und den Walzen (5,3;3,1) -gegebenenfalls auch automatisch- einstellbar ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Störkörperelement (23) parallel zur Oberfläche des freien Zuges (9;11) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Störkörper (21) mehrere Störkörperelemente (23) aufweist, die in einem Abstand -in Transportrichtung der Bahn (7) und/oder quer zur Bahn (7) gesehen- zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Störkörper (21) im Bereich eines von einer Walze (5) ablaufenden freien Zuges (9) angeordnet und der von der Walze (5) ablaufenden Oberfläche der Bahn (7) zugeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oberfläche der Walze (5), von der die Bahn (7) abläuft, eine die Luft-Grenzschicht von der Walzenoberfläche abnehmende Schabereinrichtung (13) zugeordnet ist, und daß der Störkörper (21) beziehungsweise das Störkörperelement (23) im Bereich zwischen Schabereinrichtung (13) und freiem Zug (9) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schabereinrichtung (13) eine im wesentlichen parallel zur Oberfläche des freien Zuges (9) verlaufende Begrenzungswand (19) aufweist, und daß das Störkörperelement (23) in dem Freiraum zwischen Schabereinrichtung (13) und freiem Zug (9) angeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Störkörper (21) im Bereich eines auf eine Walze (1) auflaufenden freien Zuges (11) angeordnet und der auf die Walze (1) auflaufenden Oberfläche der Bahn (7) zugeordnet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Störkörper (21) eine Luftleiteinrichtung (29) aufweist, die zur Vermeidung von Turbulenzen wenigstens ein im wesentlichen senkrecht zum freien Zug (9;11) angeordnetes Luftleitelement (31) umfaßt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftleitelement (31) an den den Bahnrändern zugewandten Stirnseiten des Störkörperelements (23) angebracht ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftleitelement (31) größer ist als die Querschnittsfläche des Störkörperelements (23).
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftleitelement (31) sich praktisch über den gesamten freien Zug (9;11) erstreckt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftleitelement (31) zumindest den zwischen Störkörperelement (23) und freiem Zug (9) gegebenen Freiraum überdeckt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftleitelement (31) den Raum zwischen Schabereinrichtung (13) und freiem Zug (9) überdeckt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftleitelement (31) die Schabereinrichtung (13), eine oder beide, den freien Zug (9) begrenzenden Walzen (5,3) und/oder den Rand des freien Zuges (9) zumindest bereichsweise überdeckt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Luftleitelement (31) beweglich gelagert ist, so daß seine Position an verschiedene Luftströmungsverhältnisse anpaßbar fixiert werden kann.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position des Luftleitelements (31) automatisch einstellbar ist.
