Description
Die EP 0 416 340 beschreibt eine Tür mit schwenkbeweglicher Frontscheibe einer Theke, bei welcher mittels einer elektromotorisch angetriebenen Schubstange die Frontscheibe von einer geschlossenen Lage in eine geöffnete Lage und umgekehrt bewegbar ist. Der Beschreibungseinleitung der EP 0 416 340 läßt sich entnehmen, daß der Einsatz von Kraftspeichern, wie z. B. Gasdruckfedern, keinen Vorteil bei der Lösung der Aufgabe einer leichten Schwenkbarkeit der Frontscheibe bringen würde, wenn diese ein hohes Gewicht aufweist.

Claims (12)
- Vitrine zur Zurschaustellung von Gegenständen bestehend aus einem, auf einem Unterteil angebrachten Oberteil, wobei das Oberteil aus einer oberen Fläche, einer vorderen Seitenfläche, einer hinteren Seitenfläche, einer linken und einer rechten Seitenfläche und einer unteren Fläche gebildet wird und diese zusammen einen Raum umschließen, in welchem die Gegenstände untergebracht werden können, und wobei mindestens die vordere Seitenfläche (5) durch eine Glasscheibe gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Seitenfläche (5) mit der oberen Fläche (9) durch geeignete Mittel (8, 12) schwenkbar verbunden ist, daß im Bereich der linken (4) und der rechten (6) Seitenfläche jeweils eine auf den Mittelbereich der vorderen Seitenfläche (5) angreifende , im Bereich der vorderen Seitenfläche (5) mit der unteren Fläche (10) des Oberteils (1) verbundene Gasdruckfeder (13) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Kraft jeder der beiden Gasdruckfedern ungefähr dem halben Gewicht der vorderen Seitenfläche (5) entspricht, und daß die vordere Seitenfläche (5) durch jeweils im Bereich der linken (4) und der rechten (6) Seitenfläche einen innenraumseitigen Befestigungspunkt und einen an der vorderen Seitenfläche (5) angeordneten Angriffspunkt aufweisende Spindeln (14) aus einer geschlossenen Lage in eine geöffnete Lage und umgekehrt bewegbar ist, welche durch jeweils einen Elektromotor angetrieben-werden, die beide durch eine mit diesen elektrisch verbundene elektronische Steuereinrichtung im Gleichlauf betrieben werden. - Vitrine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindeln (14) jeweils oberhalb der Gasdruckfedern (13) angeordnet sind. - Vitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Angriffspunkt der Spindel (14) oberhalb des Angriffspunktes und in der Nähe desselben der Gasdruckfeder (13) an der vorderen Seitenfläche (5) angeordnet ist. - Vitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungspunkt der Spindel (14) im Bereich der hinteren Seitenfläche (3) und und der unteren Fläche (10) liegt. - Vitrine nach Anspruche 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Steuereinrichtung durch einen an der Vitrine außen zugänglich angebrachten Schalter steuerbar ist. - Vitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Steuereinrichtung drahtlos steuerbar ist. - Vitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Steuereinrichtung aus dem Netz oder aus einer aufladbaren Batterie gespeist wird. - Vitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Gasdruckfeder (13) und eine Spindel (14) jeweils in einem Raum (27) zwischen der linken (4) bzw. der rechten (6) Seitenfläche und einer Verkleidung (23) untergebracht ist, wobei diese jeweils auf der dem Innenraum des Oberteils (1) zugwandten Seite angebracht ist. - Vitrine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raum (27)
durch die vordere Seitenfläche (5) im geschlossenen Zustand des Oberteils (1) unsichtbar verdeckt wird. - Vitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vordere Seitenfläche (5) aus einer Glasscheibe gebildet wird, welche von einem Rahmen (11) allseitig umschlossen ist. - Vitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Oberteil (1) der Vitrine und zwar die obere Fläche (9), die untere Fläche (10), die hintere Seitenfläche (3), die linke (4) und die rechte (5) Seitenfläche aus einem gemeinsamen Stahl-Hohlprofil-Gestell gebildet ist. - Vitrine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Rahmen (11) der vorderen Seitenfläche (5) mehrere, mit der oberen Fläche (9) fest verbundene Scharniere (8, 12) angebracht sind.
