Claims (18)
- Transportvorrichtung für mit Steckern, insbesondere Schneidklemmkontaktelementen, ausgerüsteten Artikeln, die linear hintereinander auf einer Artikelzuführung positioniert sind, zu einer und durch eine Kontaktierstation (6) einer Kabelkonfektioniermaschine (4),
gekennzeichnet durch
einen mittels einer Rastertransporteinrichtung (7) im Rastmaß der zu bestükkenden Artikel (17) vorwärts und rückwärts entlang dem gesamten Konfektioniervorgang verfahrbaren Artikelträger (2), auf dem zu bestückende Artikel (17) positionsgenau linear hintereinander angeordnet festlegbar sind. - Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Artikelträger (2) mit einer schienenartigen Artikelhalterung (16) und einer Tragschienenführung (11, 12) versehen ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Artikelträger (2) aus einer im wesentlichen rechteckigen Grundplatte (10) besteht unter der an jeder Längsseite eine Tragschienenführung (11, 12) angeordnet ist, die mit Laufrollen (27) der Kabelkonfektioniermaschine (4) zusammenwirken, wobei auf der Grundplatte (10) L-form-artig an der Innen-Längsseite eine senkrechte Tragplatte (15) mit der Artikelhalterung (16) befestigt ist, während an der Außen-Längsseite als Teil der Rastertransporteinrichtung (7) eine Zahnstange (19) angeordnet ist, die mit einem Zahnriemenantrieb (Zahnriemen 8 bzw. 9) der Kabelkonfektioniermaschine (4) zusammenwirkt.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem freien Innenraum des L-Querschnitts des Artikelträgers (2) eine Wippe (23) angeordnet ist, die eine der Zahnung der Artikel (17) entsprechende Zahnungskontur (Zahnleiste 24) auf ihrer den Artikeln (17) benachbarten Seite aufweist, die durch Verschwenken der Wippe (23) miteinander in oder außer Eingriff bringbar sind und derart eine Zentriervorrichtung für die Artikel (17) darstellen.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (23) durch eine Feder (22) in Zentrierrichtung belastet ist, wobei die Zentrierverzahnung durch eine an der Wippe (23) angreifende Druckrolle (46) außer Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wippe (23) L-förmig im Querschnitt gebildet ist, wobei der senkrecht gestellte Schenkel in einer Ausnehmung (25) der senkrechten Tragplatte (15) angeordnet ist und die dort vorgesehene Zahnung (24) durch ein Fenster der senkrechten Tragplatte (15) die in der Artikelhalterung (16) befindlichen Artikel (17) erfaßt und wobei der waagerecht gestellte Schenkel der Wippe (23) als Betätigungsschenkel vorgesehen ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnstange (19) des Artikelträgers (2) und die Verzahnung des Zahnriemens (8 bzw. 9) eine Rundverzahnung aufweisen.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragschienenführung (11 bzw. 12) aus jeweils einer Tragschiene mit darin gehaltener Rundstabachse (13 bzw. 14) besteht, die in eine korrespondierende Ringnut (28) der Laufrollen (27) eingreift.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelträger in Laufrollenreihen (29, 30 bzw. 31, 32) geführt sind, in denen die Laufrollen in gleichmäßigem Abstand zueinander beiderseits des Artikelträgers (2) auf einem Arbeitstisch (26) der Kabelkonfektioniermaschine (4) angeordnet sind, wobei die Laufrollen (27) der Reihen (29, 30; 31, 32) gegeneinander um ihren halben Abstand versetzt sind.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Zahnriemenantrieb ein Servomotor (33) der Kabelkonfektioniermaschine (4) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Zahnriemen (8 bzw. 9) über Umlenkrollen (34) parallel zur Durchlaufrichtung der Artikelträger (2) für den Eingriff mit deren Zahnstange (19) geführt ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine Andrückleiste (35) für jeden Zahnriemen (8 bzw. 9).
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine in Kontaktierposition angeordnete Andrückrolle (37) für den Artikelträger (2).

- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Artikelschiene auf einer Artikelzufuhrebene angeordnet ist, die mit Abstand unterhalb der Ebene der Kontaktierung und weiteren Bearbeitung angeordnet ist, wobei die beladenen Artikelträger (2) auf der Artikelzufuhrebene mit einer Hubvorrichtung (Pfeil 40) auf die Kontaktierungsebene anhebbar und in die Rastertransporteinrichtung (7) verfahrbar sind.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der Bearbeitungsstrecke eine Entnahmestation für die konfektionierten Kabel vorgesehen ist und daß die entladenen Artikelträger (2) mittels einer Absenkeinrichtung (Pfeil 41) wieder auf die Artikelzufuhrebene abgesenkt und mit einer Rücktransportvorrichtung (42) rücktransportierbar sind.
- Transportvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Hubvorrichtung und/oder Absenkeinrichtung ein je aufwärts und abwärts zwischen Artikelzufuhr- und Kontaktierungsebene verfahrbarer Lift für die Artikelträger (2) am Anfang und Ende der Bearbeitungsstrecke vorgesehen ist, in denen die Artikelträger (2) auf einem oder mehreren Gurtbändern (44) verschiebbar ruhen, wobei für den Rücktransport der entladenen Artikelträger (2) ein Transportband (52) auf der Artikelzufuhrebene zwischen den Liften vorgesehen ist.
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, gekennzeichnet durch eine Pufferstrecke (3) zwischen Artikelschiene und Rastertransporteinrichtung (7).
- Transportvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Baugruppe 2-fach derart vorgesehen ist, daß die Artikelzufuhr mittels der Artikelträger (2) und der Rastertransporteinrichtung (7) beiderseits symmetrisch zur Längsachse der Kontaktierstation der Kabelkonfektioniermaschine angeordnet ist.
