Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen (4), insbesondere der mittels Stützwalzen (2) abgestützten Arbeitswalzen (4) in Quarto-Warmbandwalzgerüsten mittels mehrerer über die Ballenlänge der zu schleifenden Walze (4) verteilt nebeneinander angeordneter rotierender Schleifwerkzeuge (9), die zusammen mit dem sie aufnehmenden Werkzeugträger (6) in einem Führungsgerüst (5) parallel zur Walzenachse oszillierend bewegbar geführt und quer zur Walzenachse anstellbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Führungsgerüst (5) mit dem Werkzeugträger (6) auf der Stützwalze (2) reitend befestigt und unabhängig von der Stützwalze (2) um deren Drehachse schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Führungsgerüst (5) an zwei beidseitig des Walzballens koaxial zur Walzenachse angeordneten, relativ zur Stützwalze (2) drehbar auf dieser abgestützten Ringen (12) befestigt ist, die synchron um die Stützwalze (2) verdrehbar antreibbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen nach Anspruch 1 und 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ringe (12) als rollengelagerte Gelenkringe ausgebildet und die Walzen im Bereich der Lünettenflächen (13) umschließen. - Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen nach Anspruch 1 bis 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ringe (12) außenverzahnt (14) sind und über Motoren (17), Ritzel (15) und Gelenkwellen (18) verstellbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen nach Anspruch 1 bis 4
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Führungsgerüst (5) zur Führung der Werkzeugträger (6) parallel zur Walzenachse verlaufende, die Ringe (12) verbindende Führungsstangen (7, 8) aufweist. - Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen nach Anspruch 1 bis 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur parallelen Verschiebung des Werkzeugträgers (6) zur Walzenachse Hydrozylinderantriebe (11) vorgesehen sind, die sich am Führungsgerüst (5) abstützen. - Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen nach Anspruch 5 und 6
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mindestens eine der Führungsstangen (8) als Kolbenstange des in den Werkzeugträger integrierten Hydrozylinders (11) ausgeführt ist. - Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen nach Anspruch 1 bis 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Werkzeugträger (6) als Schleifwerkzeug zwei zylindrische Außenrundschleifscheiben (9) mit Zentralantrieb (10) trägt. - Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen nach Anspruch 1 bis 8
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Radialzustellung des Schleifwerkzeuges durch Verschwenken des Werkzeugträgers (6) um eine der Führungsstangen (8) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung zum Nachschleifen der in Walzgerüsten eingebauten Walzen nach Anspruch 1 bis 9
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Werkzeugträger (6) durch Verstellen und Festlegen der Ringe (12) relativ zur Stützwalze (2) in eine Schleifposition, in eine Ausbauposition der Arbeitswalzen und eine Ausbauposition der Stützwalzen (2) verschwenkbar ist.
