Claims (10)
- Schleifscheibe mit einer Schleiffläche (2), die mit einer Anzahl von Vorsprüngen (50) versehen ist, die auf einem Teil eines Basismaterials (1), das die Schleiffläche bildet, gebildet sind, wobei die Vorsprünge homogen mit wesentlich gleichförmigen Höhen verteilt sind, sowie mit abrasiven Körnern (8), die Korngrößen aufweisen, die kleiner sind als die Höhen der Vorsprünge, und die an den Oberflächen der Vorsprünge befestigt sind, wobei die abrasiven Körner (8) an der Schleiffläche (2) des Basismaterials (1) durch eine galvanisch abgeschiedene Schicht befestigt sind, gekennzeichnet durch einen Beschichtungsfilm (10) zur Verhinderung der Ablagerung von Spänen, wobei der Beschichtungsfilm (10) gebildet ist, um zumindest teilweise die äußere Oberfläche der Schleiffläche (2) zu bedecken, und wobei der Beschichtungsfilm (10) Oberflächen der abrasiven Körner (8) beinhaltet und wobei der Beschichtungsfilm (10) Fluorharz beinhaltet.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die Vorsprünge (50) durch pyramidenförmige Vorsprünge gebildet sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 2, bei welcher die jeweiligen Spitzenbereiche (5) von denjenigen pyramidenförmigen Vorsprüngen, die zueinander entlang einer Drehrichtung (Q) der Schleifscheibe benachbart sind, so angeordnet sind, dass sie zueinander senkrecht zu der Drehrichtung versetzt sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die Vorsprünge (50) durch abgeschnittene pyramidenförmige Vorsprünge gebildet sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 4, bei welcher die jeweiligen Oberseiten (51) von denjenigen der abgeschnittenen pyramidenförmigen Vorsprünge, die benachbart zueinander entlang einer Drehrichtung (Q) der Schleifscheibe sind, so angeordnet sind. dass sie zueinander senkrecht zu der Drehrichtung versetzt sind.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher der Beschichtungsfilm (10) ferner Silikonharz enthält.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 6, bei welcher der Beschichtungsfilm (10) einen Füllstoff enthält, der zumindest aus einem Material besteht, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Diamant, Metalloxid, Metall, SiC, Glas, Grafit, Molybdändisulfid und Glimmer besteht.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 7, bei welcher der Füllstoff in dem Beschichtungsfilm (10) enthalten ist, und zwar wenigstens einer Form aus der Gruppe, die aus Partikeln, Pulver, Fasern oder Whiskern besteht.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 6, bei welcher der Beschichtungsfilm (10) ferner ein weiteres Harz zusätzlich zu dem Fluorharz und dem Silikonharz enthält.
- Schleifscheibe nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die abrasiven Körner (8) an den Oberflächen der Vorsprünge (50) über eine Nickelschicht (9) befestigt sind.
